Sobre este albergue
The historic Methow Valley Inn in Twisp, dating from 1912, waits for you and your friends and family to discover its comfortable grace and charm. Lovingly restored, beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and famous for its infamous past...yes it's true.
The historic Inn serves up comfort, relaxation and the perfect place to gather together: from the great room with its massive stone fireplace and comfortable furnishings; the inviting farm style kitchen with antique pine table; the cozy TV room has a Smart TV with Roku & a library; to the peaceful courtyard under the canopy of a 100 year old maple-the ambiance of past is all around. The large, front porch with a porch swing and the gardens and grounds of the Inn provide many places of respite and peace – and it is all for the sole use of your group.
Each of the bedrooms is individually appointed, with handmade iron beds piled deep with European style comforters to snuggle under, hand-crafted quilts, and wood antiques. These four bedrooms have private tiled bathrooms/showers. The tiled bathrooms boast lovely, fluffy towels and spacious walk-in showers. A washer/dryer is available on the 2nd floor for guest use. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
All of this is tucked in the heart of the “real” town of Twisp and the heart of the Methow Valley. The Inn is only 10 minutes from the Winthrop town cross-country ski trailhead, 15 minutes from the local downhill ski area, the Loup Loup Ski Bowl, and an equal distance from super snowshoeing trails. Great bike-riding is right outside your front door, hiking all around. When you pry yourself out of the comfort of your Inn “home” and don’t want to cook “in”, the Inn is easy walking distance to wonderful local restaurants.

IMPORTANT WINTER INFORMATION POLICY :
**Should you travel to the Methow during the winter months it is important to understand that you must be prepared for winter driving(keep chains, shovel...in the car) and all the inconveniences it causes you and the community you are visiting. The weather can be extreme with large snowfalls, unexpected technical issues, frozen pipes, impassable roads/driveways). If it snows while here you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house are in control of the plow company schedules. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, driveways...to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required especially after any significant snow accumulation. Should you get stuck you can call Classic Towing in Twisp, WA
