This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our cozy house features TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, dedicated office table for remote work, a foosball table, plenty of windows and a beautiful fenced in backyard for your dog and kids. Stretch out and relax in our backyard.

Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

Pets:
Well behaved cats and dogs with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard.

Communication During Your Stay: For lightening fast response, always communicate with us through the airbnb platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities and then contact us.

All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and upload ID to confirm the reservation.

Guests have access to the entire home including the backyard & secure garage parking. There's enough parking for four cars (two inside garage and two outside on drive way), and additional parking in the community designated shared parking space across the house.

All guests will go through a verification portal with a lease agreement.
