Guest access
Guests will have access to all the living spaces described above in the 2 bedroom basement apartment and the private courtyard. The only restricted areas are the mechanical room and the owners storage closet.

Other things to note
We occupy both the ground level and second floor of the house. Working from home is a significant part of our week, allowing us to be readily available to enhance your stay.

Our Work and Your Privacy:
As we work from home, we are mindful of your privacy and comfort. The basement dwelling is fairly well-insulated to ensure you have a quiet and peaceful retreat, but you will hear foot steps, plumbing and when AC is running from time to time. Our goal is to strike the perfect balance between being available for any questions or assistance you might need while respecting your privacy.
