It's a safe neighborhood and the best location in Stamford. Right behind the house there's a big grocery store, gas station, barber, Elm diner known for its amazing desserts and milkshakes, bank, gas stations, restaurants and Chelsea piers all walking distance. One of favorites Stamford's beaches is just 2 min away.

Getting Around:
The apartment is just steps away from top-rated restaurants, coffee shops, and more, and it's also conveniently located near downtown, I-95, and the Metro North train. With all these transportation options, it's easy to get around and explore all that Stamford has to offer.

If you prefer to use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, the apartment is in a prime location for quick and easy pickup. In just 35 minutes, you can be in Manhattan, enjoying all the excitement of the city.

🧹 For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.

🔔 Quiet Hours: Weekdays 10pm-8am and Weekends 11pm-8am. There is a nuisance fee for breaking this rule to ensure all guests have a quiet, comfortable stay.
