Unit 10 is of our largest floor plans, including a large kitchen, a comfy living area and spacious bedrooms. The main floor features the living area, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. You'll find three bedrooms and two more full baths upstairs. One more level up features a sleeping loft.

This home has everything you need - a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, washer/dryer, etc.

Chinquapin is 95-wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe’s pristine shoreline. Chinquapin's amenities include saunas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, a mile-long lakefront path, two piers, and more.

Getting Around:
Chinquapin is about a five minute drive to Tahoe City (three miles), and 10-15 minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski areas.
