This fresh and welcoming property offers fabulous accommodation for families and groups of friends to discover the beautiful countryside and tranquil coast of an unforgettable part of North Norfolk. The traditional seaside village of Blakeney has plenty of friendly places to eat and drink, with a characterful quayside and the beautiful Blakeney National Nature Reserve offering glorious views across the marshes. From nearby Blakeney Point (3.5 miles) you can take a boat trip to spot the local colony of grey seals in their natural North Sea habitat. This stunning part of the Norfolk coastline is home to a choice of cheerful market towns and fishing villages, with Cley-next-the-Sea and Wells-next-the-Sea both within 10 miles. A little further east is the popular resort of Cromer (14 miles), while to the west you can visit the historic Holkham Estate (11 miles).
Entering this airy retreat, the main, light-filled lounge is a generous space with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, perfect for getting together in the evening to unwind in peace. At the heart of the house, the bright and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has an additional lounge area, again with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, alongside a sociable central dining table perfect for special family meals which you can rustle up in the stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen with ample storage and workspace. The ground floor also has a separate utility room and a WC. Heading upstairs you will have a choice of four light, fresh and tastefully decorated bedrooms. There are three cheery super-king-size zip-and-link rooms, one has a handy en-suite shower room. There is also a king-size zip-and-link. The first floor also has a refreshing family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC.
Outside, the back garden is enclosed and features a sweet lawn alongside a sunny patio with plenty of outdoor furniture, providing a relaxing spot for you all to sit and enjoy some al fresco dining in the sun. The property also has an EV charger and there’s parking for up to three cars off road plus two in the garage if required.
