Welcome home to this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end unit townhome, built in 2010. Enjoy stunning views of Magnolia and Ballard from two decks and abundant natural light throughout. The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings and gleaming maple hardwoods. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and a pantry, making it perfect for entertaining. The spacious dining room overlooks the living room, and the master suite includes an en-suite bath, vaulted ceilings, and its own deck. Located on a quiet street, this home is just minutes from downtown Seattle, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and the vibrant Ballard area. A 1-car compact garage adds convenience to this contemporary gem!

We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
Other Things to Note:
- Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. - NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm. - As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. - Our garbage service will be on every Tuesday early morning. If you are staying on Monday night, kindly please help us to take the bins out on the street. If you will check in after the garbage service date, kindly please help us roll the bins back. - Maximum 2 well trained pets (Dogs only) will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas . - If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs.
