First Floor: A Haven of Comfort and Sophistication
The villa’s first level features a covered carport that can accommodate up to five vehicles, providing easy and secure access for guests and visitors. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by the spacious main living area, which is thoughtfully arranged into multiple seating spaces, each adorned with tasteful decor that blends sophistication and warmth.

For culinary enthusiasts, Villa Buona offers two fully equipped Italian-designed kitchens. The primary, or "hot" kitchen, is a modern and spacious area with a central island, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. The secondary, or "cold" kitchen, features pristine white quartz countertops, including an additional island, ensuring ample space and functionality. Additionally, a grand dining room with seating for 20 guests promises memorable dining experiences surrounded by elegance.

The first floor also includes two guest powder rooms, a family room or study, a private cigar room,
and a luxurious master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and an elegant bathroom overlooking
the garden. This master suite opens to a private balcony and features an intimate plunge pool for the
ultimate in relaxation and seclusion.

Outside, the villa’s expansive terrace is designed for entertaining and leisure, featuring three separate lounge areas with comfortable outdoor furniture, two alfresco dining tables seating ten guests

The second level of Villa Buona is a sanctuary of privacy, featuring four double bedrooms, each

king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious terrace complete with a

bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony, providing a tranquil escape with

GUEST ACCESS:
Resort Fee - All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register to be granted full access to resort areas and amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
Registration benefits includes: Villa Owners Club concierge services, use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the
main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach, golf discount rates and access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center, among others.
