The gated, fenced property backs onto Hwy 48 for easy access to the cottage to go out for shopping or to the many local attractions. There is a marina located next door with a boat launching available for a fee.

Be entertained cooking and gathering in the open concept kitchen and living area. As an added bonus, the same can be enjoyed in the large screened outdoor room with BBQ, kitchen and propane heater with a great view of lake. For further fun, spend time in the large family room on the lower level with Smart TV, darts, and foosball table.

To note: the marina next-door is very quiet, with very little boat traffic and is virtually a non issue to enjoying cottage life here at this cottage. In all the years that the owner’s family have been at this cottage, there has not been any incidents of a disturbing nature. In actual fact, it is similar to the Intercostal Waterways in Florida where you are able to watch beautiful boats slowly go by with virtually no noise. The conveniences far outweigh any inconveniences!
