Sunseekers resort. Home is also close to Punta Gorda with tons of shopping (Fisherman’s Village) and fantastic restaurants. Home is close to a small shopping mall. Home is about 45 mins from Ft Myers airport. Closest airport is Punta Gorda which would be Allegiant airlines. Sarasota is 45 mins away with tons of amenities including beautiful siesta key beach. Another 15 mins you can be in gorgeous St Armand’s (shopping galore). Also Lido beach. Please be patient with the beaches as the county is working diligently every day to bring back our beautiful communities that was damaged due to the recent hurricanes. Gasparilla Inn (Boca grande) is open. Beautiful Pink Elephant Restaurant on Boca is also open (reservations are required). The famous South Beach Restaurant on Boca is also open. Three beach entrances are also open but get there early for parking. This home is a boaters paradise for fishing and leisure. If you have a trailered boat you can park boat beside the house safely.
