Summary:
Positioned just 50m to the heart of the delightful Shellharbour Village town centre and 150m to the shores of Shellharbour South Beach, this contemporary and spacious home is just moments to a host of great cafes, restaurants, specialty shopping and the iconic Ocean Beach Hotel. The stylish Waterfront Marina in neighbouring Shell Cove is just a few minutes away, as are an array of magnificent coastal spots to explore.

The Space:
This well appointed dual level home provides accommodation for up to 8 guests, and features 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, off street parking for 2 cars and plenty of extra on street parking. The bedding configuration is; Bed 1 with a King Bed, Bed 2 with a Double and Single Bunk and Bed 3 with a Double and Single Bunk, ideal for families or small groups wanting a quick holiday getaway or a long term stay. The upper level showcases a generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with luxurious polished timber floors, that flows through to a large undercover alfresco space, perfectly extending the indoor living zones to create a wonderful outdoor room. This space features a large BBQ, dining area and comfy lounge with chic timber feature ceiling not to mention the rotating TV so you can watch indoors or out. The modern interiors are comfortable and inviting, providing lots of space for everyone. The bathrooms include a family bathroom and ensuite to the master, which also features a walk in robe and private balcony.
At Heart of the Village, elevated ocean breezes as well as ceiling and portable fans create comfort in the warmer months, with cosy heating available in winter. A convenient outdoor shower is a perfect addition after your morning stroll down to the beach.
The modern kitchen features a stone waterfall island bench, gas cooking, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave creating the perfect kitchen for all your cooking needs. The laundry also features a washing machine and dryer along with iron and ironing board creating a home away from home.
Shellharbour South Beach and the child friendly ocean swimming pool is just a short walk away. A few minutes drive is the lively Waterfront Marina precinct, with even more options for dining, shopping and lovely green social spaces. The Shallows Coastal Reserve, Farm Beach and Killalea Regional Park is also only a short drive.

The Neighborhood:
Shellharbour Village is a sought-after location and community that provides everything you need within a short walk or drive. The Village has much to offer including; Town Centre with shops, restaurants and cafes, Ocean Beach Hotel, South Beach, the boat harbour, ocean pool, cycle and walking tracks, Little Park and just down the road The Farm Beach, Killalea Regional Parklands, the Waterfront Marina, The Shellharbour Club, Stockland Shopping Centre and the Movie Precinct. Shellharbour Junction train station is a short drive. Wollongong is only 20kms away, 8 minutes to Kiama, 15 minutes to Jamberoo Action Park and a 1 hour drive to the Southern suburbs of Sydney. The Shellharbour Airport with regular flights to Melbourne and Brisbane is located in nearby Albion Park.

Other Things to Note:
We strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil area with neighbour nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate any lively gatherings including but not limited to "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Please keep noise to a minimal level at all times especially when using the Balcony.
Bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. If you plan to visit the beach, please bring your own beach towels.
This is a strictly non-smoking home.
