Localizada en una de las mejores zonas de La Herradura, la propiedad invita a disfrutar del entorno y relajarse nada más entrar. La villa de 300m2 está situada en una parcela privada de 1300m2, contando con jardín de césped, árboles tropicales y mediterráneos (palmeras, naranjos, mangos, limoneros, etc.), y una gran piscina, todo ello gozando de una gran privacidad.
La casa da a dos calles con parking privado en cada entrada, está dividida en dos plantas y consta de 4 dormitorios con camas de matrimonio, 4 baños, 2 cocinas y 2 salón-comedor.
Nada más bajar las escaleras de la entrada principal, nos encontramos con el portón de entrada, que nos introduce de lleno en la villa. La primera planta esta dividida en tres alturas; en la primera nos encontramos con dos dormitorios, uno de ellos con baño incluido, y un baño independiente; la segunda altura consta de la cocina principal y un dormitorio con terraza y baño incluido; en la tercera altura está situado el comedor, el salón y una gran terraza.
Desde el exterior se accede a la planta baja de la villa, donde hay un apartamento de un dormitorio, cocina con salón-comedor y un baño. Esta zona da directamente mediante grandes ventanales a una gran terraza donde esta situada la piscina (no climatizada), una zona de barbacoa, jardín y tumbonas.
La situación de la casa y su construcción permiten que entre gran cantidad de luz a todas las habitaciones y disfrutar de las maravillosas vistas a cualquier hora de la jornada.

This was our 25 yr anniversary trip with the whole family. The photos on the website dont do the villa justice. It is much larger then it appears....enough room for everone to have their own space if needed. Pool was massive....Iván was a great host and was always on hand from the moment we booked to answer any queries. Really lovely holiday.

This house is situated up on the hill with panoramic views over the bay below. It is up a steep hill so walking to the beach is relatively easy but is a vigorous walk back.
There are a lot of steps at the house between the various levels and so would not be suitable for those who are less able, to get from the parking at the bottom of the property to the very top is over 100 steps.
The house is spacious and very well equipped so making staying here very comfortable.

La Herradura is a great town and this was a great place to stay

The house is really gorgeous - even better that in the pictures. The views of the bay are spectacular day and night, and the pool size is great. Big enough for a proper swim. Iván was a great host, always replying promptly to messages and sorting out any queries we had. Access to the seafront was about 20 mins on foot (40 mins uphill on the way back - or 5 in a taxi - ask at the Tourist Info office on the seafront). The town itself has loads of nice cafés, restaurants and ice cream parlours, small supermarkets/ minimarkets too. (Lidl is a short drive away.) We especially enjoyed the churros and chocolate in the square in the morning and a little tub of gelato by the beach after a night out. The castle is worth a visit as well - small but interesting and nicely presented. The beach is lovely. It’s stony so we were glad of our neoprene swimming shoes. The bonus is no scraping off of sand come the end of the day! Beautiful clear water for swimming. Sun loungers with parasol could be rented for 5 Euros a day. If you have a car La Herradura also makes a great base to visit Granada, Almuñecar, Nerja, Frigiliana. The Tourist Info office is really helpful. It looks completely bare when you go in, but they have all the leaflets, maps, info, etc under the desk. We packed lots of activity into our two weeks, but my favourite times were the ones spent lounging with my book in Iván’s magical garden, and chatting and eating on the balconies with my family. Wish I could have stayed a month.

We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely very well equipped Villa. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out! The views of La Herradura are stunning. Location is perfect for visiting neighbouring towns and villages. We very much hope to return in the future. Thank you Ivan for being so accommodating with all our date changes!

Fantastisk utsikt, flott beliggenhet og et nydelig hus. La Herradura er et sjarmerende sted med fine restauranter og meget god mat. God plass på stranden.

Estancia maravillosa.
Hemos disfrutado de esta estancia en la última semana de julio y ha sido maravillosa. Desde la vivienda e instalaciones, todo muy limpio y amplio, el clima y las vistas de la casa hasta la atención y amabilidad de sus propietarios, ha sido todo estupendo. Sólo un pero, demasiadas escaleras, para personas con problemas de movilidad no la aconsejaría. De todas formas nos encantaría repetir para el próximo año.

Wunderschönes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Super Kommunikation ab Mietbeginn bis zum Schluss. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, grosszügig und auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Für 8 Personen genügend Platz. Sehr gute und saubere Kühenausstatting. Zu allen 3 Zimmern im oberen Stock gehört ein Bad. Im unteren Stock eine tolle kleine Einlegerwohnung mit zusätzlicher Küche. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Viele Aussenmöbel, Liegestühle und genügend Sonnenschirme. Der grosse Pool ist sauber. Das Beste am ganzen Haus ist dann natürlich noch die fantastische Aussicht von überall auf das Meer und den Strand. Einfach herrlich und erholsam. Nur zu empfehlen!!

Great view and location
The villa has a terrific view and is roomy enough for s large family. We were here off season so didn’t use the pool but it is as it appears in the photos. Villa was clean and well-appointed, and very quiet. Not far from a cute little beach town — not really close enough to walk, but not far. Good informal restaurants in the town. Excellent hiking minutes from the villa. Easy drive to Malaga and Grenada. We would stay here again.

We stayed for one week at the villa with other friends and adore the villa and its situation
It is a modern impeccable villa decorated with a lot of taste. Quite charming The house is big with 4 bedrooms. 3 of them have a view of the water. On the front of the main floor there is a large terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the water and the whole coast where we had our breakfast and dinner when we were home.
The kitchen is well equipped. We had delicious black figs and mango. There are a lots of fruit trees on the property
On the lower floor is a large swimming pool In the middle of September we swam every day The temperature of the water was around 27 ,28 degree centigrade
At that level is a BBQ with a large table great for lunch or dinner At that same level is a studio where is located the 4th bedroom a bathroom a second kitchen and a living room.
What we liked so much is that we each had our space.
Ivan and family where wonderful host helping us with everything. Very helpful from helping my son to find an apartment nearby at last minutes to recommendations to restaurants and shops.
We loved the area La Herradura is a peaceful village with many good restaurants on the beach as Buennos and Amarre. Nerjas is a pretty village nearby but Grenada with the Alhambra is not to be missed only a little over an hour away. Malaga is also very interesting.
We loved our stay Everything was a pleasure We would be glad to come back.

Fabulous holiday
We’ve just come back from a fabulous week at this villa & it was wonderful! Ivan was extremely helpful with any queries we had and the villa definitely did not disappoint. It was lovely and clean & very well equipped. The views from the pool area & balcony were gorgeous. We’d highly recommend and will definitely return!! Thanks Ivan!

Beautiful villa, amazing view, thoroughly happy!
We were 2 families of 3 sharing this villa. The villa offered space and privacy but we could also come together and share the wonderful facilities it had to offer. Lovely and clean with plenty of spare towels and bed linen should we need them. Gorgeous pool with plenty of sun beds.
We never tired of the wonderful view and spending many meals out on the balcony eating amazing food prepared on the bbq. We would highly recommend visiting this fantastic place.

Underbart härlig villa
En fantastisk villa med magisk utsikt. Ivan var en underbar värd, mycket hjälpsam och vänlig och svarade alltid snabbt på mejl både innan resan och under vår vistelse. Stor härlig pool och väldigt fint relaxområde runt poolen. Rent och snyggt och väldigt sköna sängar.
Också jättenära ut till motorvägen från huset fast det låg högt upp. Toppen.
Vi stormtrivdes och återkommer mycket gärna.

Fabulous villa with stunning views
The villa was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic 3 weeks there, and were sorry to leave. Our grandchildren came for a week and especially enjoyed the pool and beach. Every room in the Villa has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, and the sea. Sit on any of the terraces and watch the sun set, or rise. Magnificent. We hope to return next year.
Thanks to Ivan and his family who were always at hand if needed, and a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful location and great views
We had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautiful villa which has such stunning views over the bay and village of La Herradurra. It really is one of those villas and locations that look as good as the photos show it on the website – it was so well equipped and spotlessly clean. We spent hours chilling in the pool during the day or relaxing on one of the balconies of an evening. Thank you too to Ivan and his family who were so helpful before and during the holiday – their recommendation we visit the city of Granada was spot on. If you’re looking for somewhere you can chill with places to go see on its doorstep, this villa is ideal.

VILLA SPACIEUSE ET SOIGNEE - VUE MAGNIFIQUE
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa très spacieuse. Tout est confortable (literie, mobilier extérieur...) et aménagé avec goût.
L'équipement de la villa est au top. Le jardin est magnifique avec ces arbres fruitiers. Nous sommes ici dans une villa louée en direct par les propriétaires et cela se sent - il y a tout !
L'accueil est également parfait (merci à Sandra et son ami !)
La villa est à 5/10mn en voiture de la plage.
Nous recommandons vivement.

Great! We will come back soon
Our stay at the villa was amazing! The owners, Gabriel, Encarna and Iván were always helpful and provided all the information that we needed about La Herradura and also the house. Thank you for that! Even though we were a little afraid as we don't speak spanish, the language was not an issue at all, since Iván speaks English perfectly. The villa is beautiful, really well equipped, clean and all the rooms had bathrooms, which was very important to us, so all of us had privacy. However, I have to say that the thing we liked the most was the views. There were views to the sea and the town from basically every corner of the house and the garden, it was so stunning! And of course the swimming pool, which was huge with inside lights. It was so relaxing! I hope we can return soon!
