The resort is really amazing, the food is delicious, pools and rooms are cozy, all kind of services, appliances and comforts are offered. The surrounding area is simply an heaven. The staff is really lovely, kind and always smiling and willing to help me.

The only thing I didn’t like so much was the toilet bowl, the bottom part, was quite dirty and that’s really a pity for a place which is wonderful and rich of entertainment and services.

The wind - although not the hotel's fault! Also, there was no coffee shop in the Spa area, nowhere to get anything to eat, which was annoying.

I liked the convience of not having to leave the resort as all inclusive was great and the use of the other hotels was good giving more options on where to eat, hang by the pool,have a drink etc.

They should keep the all inclusive simple and not so confusing for some people. We had no issues personally but found some people very confused to the point of embarrassment where they thought they didnt have to pay extra for certain drinks. Bar staff need to deal with this better and be more polite as without guests they wouldnt have their job !!!

Lovely staff. Heated saltwater pool was fabulous. Spa was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the pillows were amazing. Easy parking made life very easy.

The location is right on the beach and 2 miss from shops ,bars and restaurants

Sometimes the food wasn't as hot as it should have been. Food trays were sometimes left empty and had to look for a member of staff to get them refilled

Room was a good size, comfortable beds and fairly quiet location. It was great to have the tea/coffee and a fridge in the room. We really like the bar/seating area. We usually stay at another hotel but this one is nearer to amenities which was good for us.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, sometimes the food was quite cold or trays were empty. The hotel was very busy so I guess that’s why.

We stay superior room 6325, beds moved like you in a boat and no good to sex, 7.30 gardener start work with some machine and make noise, if yuo in holiday you like to sleep queit till 9am.

Great location, lovely decor and feel to the place.

Food for half board was of low standard and quality. Food served cold or raw that should have been cooked and hot. staff were clearly working hard and seemed understaffed and just unable to keep up. Omelette and pasta man worked hard and is an asset to you. Food choices were not replenished swiftly. superior standard food was possible as those on all inclusive plus had better food available this made me feel like I was less you important and that those on HB were treated more like cattle to be herded though. Most dishes lacked any flavour or taste. Coffee machines broken, lack of hot water and tea bags, this was off season also. The swimming pools were too cold.

Given that we have visited this particular hotel on 4 occasions now, the hotel room was as expected. Since our last visit the hotel has undergone some refurbishment, which in general terms has brought about some improvement.

In comparison with previous visits I'm sorry to say that the hotel restaurant has not improved with the refurbishment. We found the meals ( breakfast and dinner ) to be luke warm. The coffee machines seemed to be insufficient to meet the needs of attending clients during the morning(s) creating queues in all parts of the restaurant. Additionally, the coffee machines invariably ceased to work at the most inappropriate times. The frustration for clients and restaurant staff alike was plain to see. Something that needs to be addressed !!!!!

Terrible buffet food, tasteless and too acidic, our whole family got canker sores from that. Ridiculous additional charges - for renting a safe, for renting beach towel, for cleaning beach towels. Water is in all pools is salted so our baby couldn't swim cause he had blisters that were hurting in salt water. Also that indoor pool in the photos - it's a separate spa area at additional charge for adults only. All nice activities are at extra charge - mini golf, basketboll/football court, tennis, etc.

been forced to know about what drinks includes in all inclusive and which doesn’t that seemed a bit like a joke and wouldn’t expect that in value for money .the availability of all inclusive drinks was also very poor.the other thing is been forced to pay deposit to get a key to the safe locker is another one . wherever we went before tens of other places in all sorts of best quality we always had free safe locker include and it was kind of obvious thing to me until I landed over there . the very last one is the beach towels has to be paid each 10 euros plus cleaning is also 2 euro.no offence but that’s unacceptable.

This hotel could even get 5 stars from me, except for one small thing....

The glasses used for orange juice at breakfast are old, worn, ugly and dirty. I spoke about it. The next day, the third day, nothing happened. Maybe the dishwasher should be replaced???
