We had a wonderful stay! We loved the authenticity of the space and the host was simply incredible, so friendly and kind, made us feel at home. The room was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect, steps way from the center and very easy to reach by public transportation. Highly recommended!

Caterina is super friendly and welcoming. Her house is right in the heart of Olbia. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. A lot of options for breakfast. Bonus: roof terrace available 24/7 and really cute dog!

We received a breakfast ticket, when we informed the owner that we are not able to wake up early. So it was possible to get our breakfast after a fancy sleep:)

The owner is a great person! We loved the location, the whole house, decorated with taste. We enjoyed the whole space and the terrace. The room is very big, comfortable, as well as the bathroom. I have never seen such a well-kept B&B. We had the feeling that we were spending time in someone's beautiful home.

Unfortunately it was very noisy outside untlil 1 o'clock at night. From a nearby bar you could hear a woman singing live, who probably took part in the project "everyone can sing". We did not understand why it was so loud. Even the soundproof windows did not manage...

Host confirmed my arrival time prior to my trip, met me at the door, and helped me reserve a taxi for the next day. Location of the room is ideal-- very central to restaurants, walking, and shopping. Air conditioning was so appreciated.

The location is fantastic, very central, safe, close to lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The communication with Caterina was extremely good she sent a what's app message asking the estimated arrival and all questions I have asked she replied very quick. On arrival this B&B is located in the second floor of a huge house. Extremely clean and the size of the room was huge with a beautiful balcony, big bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The property in the same floor have a nice terrace to relax. The Breakfast area is located in the first floor. Breakfast was tradditional from Sardinia. This property also offer to keep your luggage which is great after check out. I definately will come back to this property If I come back to Olbia, I was feeling like home. This property is safe for solo traveller.

We loved Catarina's kindness, her dinner recommendation was amazing, the rooms were large and immaculately clean, comfortable and traditional. Hot water, Aircon in the bedroom and a very pleasant, generous if prepackaged breakfast. Position in town was fab for walking .

There was nothing we could complain about. If your bags are heavy you might hate the stairs.

Central location; very helpful owner; very clean; car park at reasonable rates very close. an old property that has been recently and tastefully renovated.

The room was very large including the bathroom. Caterina made the stay the easiest most stress-free stay we've ever had. Caterina was extremely helpful if we had any questions about places in the city e.g. parking, beaches, etc. and was very, very flexible regarding the check-in times.

The room and bathroom were very clean! The hotel is also centrally located and super close to the bus stop that you would need to reach the airport and the beach. Everything else is in walking distance. The B&B staff was amazing and I have zero complaints.

Our stay with Cata was excellent. Her cozy home in the center of Olbia is a great place to use as base while touring through cerdeña. We were treated like family from the start. Not only did she offer great advice regarding the island, she also took care of booking reservations for dinner and activities for us so we didn't have to worry. Really recommend!

Our stay was great - we enjoyed the breakfast, the room was lovely and the location unbeatable! Right in the center of Olbia! I have to say that the best part about the property was the host who was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely recommend this place.

Just depending on my taste I would have preferred breakfast to include some fresh bread or fresh pastries as everything was packaged. However, the food was all good and the host gave us plenty!

Everything was clean, breakfast were exceptional and the host was very welcoming and always tried to satisfy every single wish of ours.

The host was so lovely! She booked our cabs, helped us settle I and prepared a lovely breakfast!
