When we had trouble in French language, a lady of reception kindly supported a lot and solved. The room was big and clean (slightly narrow corridor though), and nearby bakery, supermarkets, bus stops, or shops.

If the room had equipped a washing machine it would be perfect for us, a public loundy is 10 min. walk from the apartment. Actually wifi service is available in the room but hotel information says "no wifi".

We are returning to the place every year. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from city center, facilities are very good and staff exceptional.

This time we had a 3 bedroom apartment in penthouse. It was uncomfortable in bedrooms because of the ceiling hights. In main bedroom it was impossible to use bathroom as ceiling was appx 140cm.

Good, central location in Chamonix. We liked the Swiss chalet style decor. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English. We appreciated the pool on hot days. We were pleased to have a free travel card to use the local bus and train service up and down the valley and we took advantage of this to explore the area (as we travelled by train).

The hot water in the chalet was a bit sporadic. There were some times when the water wasn't hot enough. Also, we had a problem with the shower which sometimes flooded the bathroom. The shower screen wasn't adequate enough to keep the water within the shower cubicle.

Excellent location, close to main street but very quiet. Wonderful view from the terrace. Parking available at the site. Spacious dining area. Nice pool.

Very convenient to walk to the nrarby slope, shops and bus station to explore other part of the valley. Nice swimming pool and steam room.

Cozy and comfortable apartments, very well equipped (all you need for the week - like Nespresso machine and washing machine, dishwasher etc.) Sauna and heated pool quite good, very friendly staff, large ski wardrobe and complimentary sleigh for the baby !! We had great time

Late check in, we were asked to wIt until 5pm . This is included in the booking information but it is a bit late Shower could do with cleaning And the apartment do with a bit of maintenance .
