A buffet breakfast with coffee made to order although I found the coffee from the urn was very drinkable! All the usual offerings plus an array of pastries and home-made cake. Well-located hotel between beach and railway station. Warm welcome on arrival and all staff helpful and friendly throughout. Our toon, a junior suite was more than big enough for a couple.

It could be noisy some evenings directly outside, not traffic just lively conversation, outside diners etc. Might disturb some but not us !

This hotel is located on a busy one way street in a central location. The staff was welcoming on our arrival and directed us to a secure lot to leave our rental car for an extra daily charge. Breakfast was a strong point, buffet with assorted fresh local pastries, scrambled eggs, ham and a bowl of fresh fruit provided daily. Great town for walking to the waterfront or a variety of restaurants. Be prepared for walking as the train station is a hike from the hotel but provides regular access to all the villages of the Cinque Terre.

Mattress on bed was noticeably firm, elevator was broken to the second floor, which meant you take the elevator to the third and walk town.

I liked everything basically. Hotel is quite cheap for the quality it proposes. Personal is very welcoming and willing to help. Rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable, there's plenty of choice for breakfast, real hair-dryers in the bathroom... Hotel is located in the lovely village of Levanto, close to the beach, shop and restaurants. Very easy to join the Cinque Terre from here as the train station is 5 minutes away by feet from the hotel

Seldom that I've come across such a lovely single room, that while it was not big, it had a little balcony with beautiful view down the street and to the sea at the distance. Location of the hotel also great. Breakfast was ok.

Great location for exploring Cinque Terre. Very walkable to the train station and also a great, vibrant town for the evenings. Car parking was perfect for us. Breakfast was great and if we needed any help with anything the team where only too happy to assist. We had a fabulous room with everything that you need and lots of space. Personally I would recommend staying here rather than the smaller towns in the Cinque Terre.

We did have a little noise from one of the bars opposite on our first night. The room was very well soundproofed, but some people are just very loud. Apart from that perfect.

This is such a nice place. I stayed in a single room with an amazing view to the front of the hotel and the street leading to the sea front. It was very thoughtfully decorated throughout, the room felt very cosy. The breakfast was incredible, plenty of choice, it could be served either inside or outside in the beautiful garden. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they catered to my dietary requirements (I asked for soya milk) and they even remembered me next morning and brought it straight to my table! :) They go "above and beyond" here! I also rented a bike and got a beach towel. Everything is close by (train station, cute little local shops, restaurants, beach) and cycling around the town was just perfect. I highly recommend to stay here if you want to stay in a cute little village filled with locals! :)

Perfect little spot, literally 1 minute walk to the beach! Also a good base for visiting Cinque Terre.

The only thing is there wasn’t any Air con in my room, it wasn’t too uncomfortable but could be later in the summer.

Our room was light and airy and the roof top terrace an extra bonus. Staff were helpful and happy! And Levento is a perfect retreat from which to explore the Cinque Terra.

Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Spacious Room with balcony and very quiet (good windows). We enjoyed delicious breakfast in lovely garden. Great location. Super clean. Free bikes and great restaurant tips. We would come back to this nice hotel any time.
