As a train traveller the hotel was ideally located for me and was clearly visible across the square from the station entrance. The hotel was rather quirky being painted in garish colours and having various items of memorabilia which seemed to have at best tenuous connections with it. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and well-presented. Reliable and easy-to-access wifi. I did not take breakfast (early train) but enjoyed a rather nice pizza in the restaurant in the evening.

Some difficulties with check-in because of language issues. Bed was a bit low. Bathroom was across a corridor. However, I knew about this in advance and it was specific to my room (locked with same key) but still a bit problematic. Bedroom window overlooked main street and station square so occasional noise disturbance (but did not prevent a good night's sleep).

Perfectly placed by the main train station. Room was cozy and clean, the same for bathroom. Restaurant with great meals.

No heating, no wifi, no elevator. Haft room with small bad 70 cm. The bad fall down. Couldn't sleep. They ask for cash and they didn't gave receipt they say the internet is not working. The worst hotel I ever be.

Worst accomodation i ever had,i recommend other travelers not to visit this ,the worst hotel never saw in europe. The Receptionist was worst and no proper response,very unprofessional. Nothing works in the room,TV,bed lamps and fan. I would ask the owner of this hotel to change the receptionist at the area,she is not friendly and kind,also please renovate your hotel features as this would impact the customers and incur great loss🙏

Interesting breakfast selection, including Actimel, cakes, rose jam, as well as all the usual items you find with a continental breakfast.

No air conditioning. This was the hottest night I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Couldn’t sleep at all! The sun bakes all day on the front of the hotel where the rooms are situated. We had to keep our room door propped open in the hope of a through breeze from the bathroom across the hall. This was not good security-wise, and unfortunately the lights in the hallway work on a sensor which was picking up any movement in our room. The street below is particularly noisy too, with lots to of booming sounds from trucks and trams passing. We were on the 4th floor, so even hotter than the lower floors. Hotel is aware and had placed a fan in the room, which helped a little.

Really nice location, close to the train main station and in the front of the bus station which you can use to go to Schwerin.

It is in the front of a busy street, so you can't open the windows at night, resulting in a pretty warm bedroom on Summer. Bathrooms are outside the bedroom, so you need to take your keys when nature calls you.
