guests guide states to leave the place clean and all kitchen gear clean and dry. we had to wash most of the stuff prior to using.

Proximity to the Aquatic Centre - walking distance.

Lovely 1 bedroom on first floor, very clean and comfortable, great size kitchen and cooking facilities, great location and sitting area outside with view.

The bed was very soft with some roll towards the middle.

The lounge was broken on one end and sagging, so we could not use it as we were worried it would break more. Meaning some of us had to either sit on the floor or use a dining chair to watch tv.

Very clean apartment with good facilities. There is also a parking space if you have a car. Location good near a bus route to Helensvale ( where you can catch a bus to the theme parks and the G Link train route) and across the road there is a bus route to Seaworld and Main Beach. Broadwater Parklands has great facilities for kids and for those that like to BBQ and picnic. The esplanade leads to Main Beach and then various stops such as Surfers Paradise, Cavill Avenue etc. Great if you like to walk and keep fit. Southport tram station is around 10 minutes walk away.

Just a small gripe but the people above me decided to use their spa bath at 4.00am and 2.30am on two separate mornings (!) and it was quite noisy, which didn’t provide a great nights sleep.

Essentially good value for money the room was a good size with amenities you would expect in an apartment. Good parking situation to secure your vehicle.

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable with poor quality mattress and the air-conditioner in our room leaked water on the inside. Which required us to have a bucket and towels on the floor. It wasn't usable and due to location and smokers on other balconies we couldn't open the doors/windows which made it stuffy without it.

the bath plumbing was struggling and the. why would fill each time we showered. upstairs had a pipe burst too which led to a leak in our roof but the manager dealt with it immediately and followed up after. these things happen.

bedroom was comfortable

the smell of weed daily, numerous complaints. ongoing problem but we were allowed to check in with this problem? stayed for 11 nights, no towel or linen change. traffic noisy and the light woke us up every morning, despite complaint about the blinds not fitted properly. to pull into this property or pull out you were dicing with death, horrendous traffic.

We enjoyed our stay and the managers are very helpful and cheerful

A nice stay if your looking for a quick overnight stop over. Was in a good location to everything we needed and not a far walk to everything

Our rooms air conditioning was not working/clean and had to open the doors for air. The room was stuffy and a little underwhelming.
