Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Beautiful beach!

1. We had to request someone to come clean our room everyday. They didn’t just come, which was strange and upsetting 2. The hotel is small. They only have the pool and beach and not many guests. They have one restaurant, which was very good. There wasn’t much to do. For the purpose of quiet and relaxation, this is your place. 3. EXPENSIVE!!! 11 dollars for a bottle of water. I can say although beautiful, it’s wayyy too expensive for what you’re getting. They also charge 10 dollars just for bringing you room service. Just unnecessary charges. If this was a 5 star hotel, I would get it, but it doesn’t feel that way. A key chain was 35 dollars. I feel there are probably other hotels you can go to, or a different island that offers a beautiful beach and many things to do.

Overall lacking on final touch and „going the extra mile“. We stayed in a one bed room suite which was nice after complaining as they initially put us in a suite on a ground floor looking at the backside of a toilet. We were on honeymoon, paid for every extra service and didn’t feel any attempts by the staff to make this stay a bit more special. You always feel you „disturb“ the staff, nothing in comparison to any 5 star hotel for the same price on the Maldives/ Seychelles or Mauritus as an example. Staff at the pool didn’t pay attention to guests, breakfast which was include with extra payments for Café late etc. so overall, just doesn’t fit if you pay 2500 usd per night.

Great staff and services, especially at the beach. Jackson helped to set our chairs up and Kendy was an amazing host/server at the beach! We loved how positive and vibrant all of the staff were and how exceptional the service was. The place was truly paradise and an amazing spot to relax. It was quiet and comfortable.

Just the water!

The poorest country i have ever seen . The airport terrible conditions, broken chairs, no ac .. big fans on 31 degress.. check in in an open area no ac. Scary streets.. dirty, destroyed and no much light. You paid high price resort to stay and dont move from the resort. Water is the only reason to go there but you can find beautiful water somewhere else, in another country , for a cheaper price and not suffering at the airport the heat!

Breakfast was wonderful and it was included, so that's a bonus! It is an expensive hotel, everything is pricey, but it's lovely.

Other than the one drawback noted below, it’s fantastic. Understated sophistication, quiet, Good food, lovely service.

Rooms in the building we were in are above the external kitchen and sound from the AC / exhaust is noticeable and competes with the sounds of the ocean. Not enough to ruin the trip, but very, very disappointing.

Outstanding service and facilities. Highly recommend the Hotel. The location (Beach) is one of the best in the area.

You need a car for all in/out activities.

Quality of coffee in dining room. That towel rack in the bathroom with a sharp corner that sticks out at eye level. Very dangerous! Raise it or lower it but do something. No netflix
