Convenient location with a stunning view and great for what we needed. Has obviously undergone a re-fresh at some point to make it feel a bit more modern. Has everything you’d need for a longer stay, full kitchen (except for dishwasher) and laundry facilities. It even has 2 x toilets - unusual for a one bedroom unit, but very convenient if both people need to use at the same time haha (there was a daddy long legs in the down stairs toilet). Although very tight, having the undercover car space right at your front door is also very convenient, especially if coming and going in the rain.

The kitchen wasn’t overly clean, there were some cups that weren’t clean and a dark hair was in the cupboard where they are kept. No washing up liquid for the dishes was available either. The fridge is very old and may need to be replaced as it’s obvious the unit has undergone a refresh at some point and the fridge looks very out of place, but seems to work fine.

Everything about this accomm is to be applauded. Facilities were excellent, its position to shops, and waterfront - top notch! If you want to relax and recharge, this is the best!

The place needed a good dust. The aircon unit above the bed was full of dust. Also the milk that was in the fridge resembled yoghurt (6 months out of date) and when we asked for replacement, we were told that we would get it and never did...

Location of this property is fantastic! Great views of the harbour and within easy walking distance to the main shopping street, restaurants and hotels.

It was very windy and the front windows were rattling. There was also something metal banging in the back outside due to the wind. General cleanliness was good but the property needs a good spring clean as there were cobwebs behind the curtains and dust at the bottom of the windows in the bedroom.

the location is perfect, close to everything. The Accomondation itself is very comfortable and the owner is very friendly. will definitely stay there again if I ever got to Portland or surrounding areas.

Convenient location, great view and had all the amenities I would expect in an apartment.

A TV in the bedroom would've been nice, but I am being very fussy. Information on check in would've been nice to have had a few days in advance.

The up keep could have better. Small T.V. and no foxtel. Fly wire doors onto the balcony had large holes.

Found this accidentally, perfect location, comfortable surroundings, great view of beach. Would loved to stay another night but already booked. Would definitely stay here again.
