Everything was excellent. Very convenient location, close to the city center, the room was large and modern, the breakfast was excellent and Bianca was great. Very friendly and ready to help with everything.

The service is impeccable during our entire stay. I would like to specifically thank Ms Bianca. She sent the welcome message to us before we arrived. Once we got the property, everything has already arranged. She also helped me to get back my laptop that lost in Naples. Anyway, her kind and profession do touch me in this stay, I recommend the property to everyone.

The hotel is well located in the centre with spacious bedrooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast area. Our suite had also a nice big terrace over looking the outdoor area. Just opposite the hotel we had a supermarket which was ideal on the day we head out at sea to visit capri, food and drinks were essential.

The staff, the breakfast and the location
The room we were in was on the first floor and can be noisy, especially early am. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling down the room and kept shutting off.

the staff are great and the hotel is lovely, new and clean. I stayed for my birthday and they bent over backwards to make my stay extra special. a good shower and space in the room. nice terrace and facilities. it's about 10 minutes to the centre of town which is fine but in the middle of the day is ridiculously hot. I would stay here again without. doubt.
wifi could have been better but when you're in Sorrento it doesn't Matter to much.

Maison Kalea is a lovely modern property walking distance up the hill from the Sorrento train station. The colorful tile decor in the rooms and common areas is cheerful and bright making the whole space feel happy. The staff is helpful and attentive: we had a wonderful dinner at Baghni Delphino because Bianca was able to get us a last minute reservation. The private balcony attached to our room exceeded my expectations. Huge space and views. The breakfast buffet is also special with homemade cakes and different dishes each day.
Be aware that Sorrento is on a steep hill and Maison Kalea is up the hill from the beach, the ferry docks, and the main center of town. You need to be able to walk back up after your day or have pre arranged transport. We loved being up away from the noise and crowds of central Sorrento but it might not be for everyone.

everything was wonderful. the room was very clean and with a lot of space. the decoration was very good. Bianca was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was fresh baked by Maria and delicious!

Friendly welcome; great location; informal atmosphere; colourful rooms and terrace; tasty home cooked breakfast; good local restaurants and supermarkets. 5 minute stroll into the main square, 10 minutes to the railway station. Maria is a great cook.
We would have liked a mirror in the room for getting dressed up; there were some bed side tables and chairs missing from the room at the start; the breakfast was introduced as self service but wasn’t explained what the cooked options were e.g. omelet scrambled. it was the start of the season and the was some light build work on going.

Maria, the breakfast attendant was wonderful. She prepared delicious breakfasts every day and made fresh coffee orders for guests. The other staff was friendly and great as well. Beautiful property with nice outside spaces to enjoy.

first of all Virginia and Maria, the highlights of Maison Kalea. Always extremely kind and helpful. Besides the hotel is amazing, quiet, well located, great rooms and a superior breakfast. a must if you want to rest and also enjoy the costa amalfitana. highly recommended!

Large well appointed room, tastefully decorated and kept immaculately clean each day. All rooms have air conditioning.
The breakfast was a real highlight with a wide choice of fresh food. Maria made it very special providing coffee and checking on any dietary requirements. A new selection of treats greeted us each morning. A real treasure!
I wouldn't hesitate to return.
A swimming pool would be most welcome...........but no negatives.

The staff wow couldn’t do enough from the chef cooking your breakfast to order, the food was varied and beautifully presented, to bringing a wine cooler out with glasses and nibbles to keep our beer bottle cold. They literally couldn’t do enough for you!.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing. Property is well located and very comfortable. staff that is working at the hotel is fantastic , very friendly and always happy to share great recommendations. There is well organized parking service.
In general we liked everything. Only thing that I could mention is that breakfast could have more choices but everything you can find there is delicious.
