Franco and his wife were very kind and helpful hosts, they went out of their way to accommodate my food restrictions, help find directions and generally help with everything. The room was spacious and clean.

As normal for Italy there was no shower mounted on the wall (it’s attached to the bathtub) - somewhat inconvenient but not a big deal. And it was hard to get the temperature down during the night in my room. But overall, great stay and great value.

Breakfast is very nice (continental style-we were happy with it) but it was served only between 8am and 9.30am. It would have been better if they could extend the time, especially while one is on holiday and likely to go to bed later than usual. We would have liked to be able to have breakfast until 10.30am It would be great if all rooms had access to the outside space (we stayed on two rooms and only one did); also if there were chairs to sit outside. There’s a communal area where to hang wet towels/swimming costumes but it would be much better if each room had its own line. Overall we felt the room was overpriced, but this is true of all types of accommodation in this area during peak-season, and to be fair the overall quality of this accommodation is very good and above average within this area.
