Auriel es un lujoso apartamento contemporáneo con aire acondicionado en el corazón del elegante y seguro distrito Carré d'Or de Niza. A pocos minutos de la playa (200 m), Auriel se encuentra en la calle peatonal de lujo que está repleta de excelentes cafeterías, restaurantes y boutiques que están abiertos todo el año. A pocos pasos se encuentra el mercado diario, el casco antiguo, la Place Massena, los museos, los casinos y los mejores hoteles.
Ideal para una familia o grupo de amigos que buscan relajarse en un entorno de lujo.
Completamente renovado recientemente, el piso está en el 4to piso (con ascensor) de un bloque bien mantenido. El piso es espacioso, luminoso y ventilado y tiene dos balcones: un balcón orientado al sur donde desayunamos y cócteles con vistas a los viejos edificios burgueses en la parte delantera y el zumbido de la Rue de France, y el otro está fuera del dormitorio principal con vistas al tranquilo jardines de la iglesia (sin campanas!).
La luminosa sala de estar / comedor de planta abierta y la cocina totalmente equipada (electrodomésticos Bosch y una cafetera Nespresso) están orientadas hacia el sur y se abren a un balcón soleado que tiene una mesa y sillas para cuatro y un toldo retráctil, un excelente lugar para la mañana. café y cruasanes o cócteles antes de la cena. El salón tiene un cómodo sofá en forma de L, TV de pantalla plana con acceso a más de 200 canales, incluidos BBC World News y BBC Entertainment, y acceso gratuito a internet wifi. Cada habitación tiene dos camas de 90 x 200 cm de buena calidad que se pueden hacer como súper reyes. Las habitaciones tienen mesitas de noche y lámparas, silla, secador de pelo, mucho espacio de almacenamiento y están decoradas en tonos neutros de gris suave y blanco. Las persianas eléctricas proporcionan oscuridad total si lo desea. Con vistas a tranquilos jardines en la parte trasera del apartamento, las dos habitaciones son tranquilas.
En el hall de entrada hay un armario de almacenamiento / abrigo, un armario de servicio con lavadora y un WC separado con lavabo.
Para los meses más fríos, el piso tiene calefacción central.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The apartment is modern and has all the amenities we needed for a two week stay. I sometimes have trouble sleeping on vacation but not in this apartment. The beds were so comfortable- with extra pillows and high end bedding - and the windows all had blackout shutters. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. Also, the the owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful had an amazing balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room. Nice to have all of the stuff to take to the beach. It is close to the promenade and beach. Tons of restaurants and shops. Old town. Can walk to everything. We went for the Ironman race and it was the perfect location for this. Tina was amazing to work with. Check in with her was great. She was available to help us and answer questions. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I were taking her parents out of the US for their very first time and we wanted it to be perfect and it was. We have stayed at many newly renovated VRBOs before but not at this level. All new appliances, fixtures and integrated heating/cooling systems (not a unit hanging on the wall). The apartment features the largest hot water heater I have ever seen in any of the European VRBOs and never got cool in the mornings with four adults rushing to begin our day. Location was the best. Any closer to the beach and you would be next to a highway. One block off the beach and even better, the street was without cars, like an open mall with the most popular restaurants and shops. After our folks were worn out from long days of touring, they really enjoyed their time on the balcony over looking the busy pedestrian street. The apartment was so quiet that our folks often slept past 11:00. This is a destination in itself!

The apartment proved to be a comfortable and superbly located base from which to explore Nice on foot and access buses, trams and trains to many destinations along the Cote d’Azur. We especially loved sitting on the sunny balcony overlooking the colourful, bustling Rue de France with its numerous shops and restaurants. Although busy and entertaining to watch during the day, it was very quiet at night.
Communication was excellent at all times with the owner and property manager. Great written information was provided about the apartment and area including details of an English speaking doctor who saved our vacation after a medical emergency.
There’s a fantastic bakery across the street and a great supermarket round the corner. Not only can you cook your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen but there are many places you can buy prepared takeout food to eat at home or you can visit the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. You definitely don’t need a car.
We are already looking forward to our next stay at Auriel in 2025.

Had a wonderful week's stay in this apt, centrally located in Carré d'Or area on pedestrian street with all the necessities such bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. La Promenade des Anglais, Place Magenta, Place Masséna, rue Jean Médecin and even Vieux-Nice were all just minutes away on foot via flat ground (unlike Cimiez), which was perfect for elderly persons with mobility issues (there was also an elevator). We even found many good restaurants in the vicinity. Apt. itself is immaculate and quite spacious, with excellent thought having gone into its layout and function. The bedrooms with large windows on quieter side of the building overlook St. Trinité church and its pretty cemetery, receive morning sun. On other side of wide hallway is the open plan dining room, kitchen and living room with balcony receiving afternoon sun. The balcony has furniture and enough room to comfortably allow for outdoor meals, l'apéro hour or reading. It was a lovely feature we used a lot. The apartment is painted in white and decor is tasteful, neutral and calming. Lightning through out is plentiful, adjustable and in the right spots. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with plenty of china, new Miele appliances and a dining table that can be extended. A big TV with many channels and wifi both work. There is a washing machine and clothes horse for doing laundry, a basket with wheels to do your grocery shopping, and even vases for visits to Cours Saleya flower market!

A perfect property to enjoy all that Nice has to offer! The property is clean, open, and very comfortable. Very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, you can look forward to cooking meals without missing a single tool or utensil. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable with amazing storage. The location is ideal! Walking distance to everything, with restaurants, cafes, and stores right at your doorstep but not loud. We’ve stayed in this apartment before when visiting Nice and it continues to be an excellent base, with everything we could need for a relaxing break.
Communication with Jackie and the folks who look after the apartment was just as easy as last time.
The location of this apartment really is great - within minutes you can be walking along the beach or in the middle of Nice’s major shopping streets. It’s also only 10 mins walk to the station - where we decided this time to take the train to Cannes for the day (last time was Monaco).
This apartment is truly an excellent place to stay in Nice and we strongly recommend it.

My new IPhone was stolen right off the small cafe table we were sitting at just across the street from the apartment. I usually keep my phone in my purse but I had just taken a photo of the escargot we were served. A woman came right up in my face and distracted me while stealing my phone off the table. I was so upset I didn’t realize she had taken it until it was too late to catch her.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. All amenities that you could want and spotlessly clean. The lounge/kitchen overlook a pedestrianised street with many bars, restaurants and shops (the patisserie opposite is top quality) with a balcony to watch the world go by. The bedrooms are at the rear overlooking a church and gardens, so are very quiet (the beds are super comfy!). Excellent communication from the owner and check-in was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

My friend and I loved staying at this property. The location is fantastic, just a block from the sea and right in the heart of many fun bistros and shops. I was also pleasantly surprised that it is very quiet. We were two friends traveling together and appreciated the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms had all new fixtures and were immaculate. Highly recommend for a great visit to Nice.

The location can’t be beat UNLESS you’re looking for an ocean view. This is on the 4th floor with a wonderful view of the pedestrian only street below. The bakery across the street was wonderful. We got pastries there and had breakfast on the balcony. Just perfect.
It’s only one block away from the promenade, and a short walk to the old town.

I cannot say enough about this apartment. Perfect for a family of four in all regards, location, size, and easy access to all that Nice has to offer. Our family used the patio every morning for coffee and to eat breakfast from the bakery across the street. A simple block from the beach and access to restaurants in a few strides down the street. The train was an easy 10 minute walk which we used to visit Monaco, Cannes and Sur Mer. A special thank you to Tina who met us apron arrival!!! We cannot wait to visit again.

We, a retired couple, stayed at this apartment for ten days in January. It was a great place and a very good experience. The apartment is in a very central location near nearly everything you’d want, on a pedestrianized street just a block off the Promenade des Anglais. It’s in the middle of shopping and restaurants, but the apartment is quiet as the windows are good and the two bedrooms are located at the back. The bedrooms are of more or less equal size, except that one has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet and balcony, while the second bedroom has just a wardrobe and is served by separate water closet and shower rooms off the hallway. Both bedrooms have beds that can be arranged as a king or two twins. We only used the master bedroom and the bed, set up as a king, was very comfortable. The living/dining/kitchen is one big room overlooking the street and has a balcony running across it. The apartment is bright, clean, well-equipped, with a good kitchen. The pantry was not stripped of basic spices, oils, vinegar, cleaning products, etc. (that happens in some rentals),and we were left with a large bottle of water, toilet paper, tissues, and a supply of coffee pods on arrival. There’s a moderately sized Utile grocery around the corner and ga great bakery/patisserie across the street. Communication with the owners Jackie and Robert and their local representative Tina was great. We had one minor issue with the television and the response was quick and pleasant. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment was in an exceptional location with easy access to the Promenade as well as the old city. It had a great selection of cheese, fruit and vegetable, wine and pastry shops nearby. Jackie was very thoughtful and welcoming. We'd stay again without question.

Well located; very central to shops, restaurants and night life, and just a short walk to the beach.
The apartment is modern, spacious, light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped, showers are great - rain/power showers, beds are comfy. And best of all, it’s super quiet at night, despite being so central.
I would happily recommend to a friend and would stay here again next time I visit beautiful Nice!
