location and staff where willing to help

not everything worked, tv volume didn’t work, fridge wasn’t very cold and wasn’t cleaned thoroughly

Location is great. Right in the centre if town and walking distance to most restaurants and stores

We have stayed here a few times. The last being prior to covid. Unfortunately it seems to have gone down hill since then. The room was dirty. The bathroom was also very dirty (see photos) and there were ants all over the coffee machine. Not worth the price at all

There was stains on sheets There was no toilet roll in the room Toilet was not clean properly🤮 Hairs and mould in shower Mugs had lipstick stains from previous guests 🤢

needed a toaster perhaps, a few plates & knives for toast.

Reception was beautiful and cold when we arrived! was greeted my Alison who was warm and friendly. Incredible location.

Take note, if you stay over the weekend you can hear loud music from the pubs a crossed the road. we in room 108 (water facing) and could still hear the music and we weren’t facing the main road or pubs. the rooms look so much bigger online. very small. a little more detailing could have been done when it comes to dusting. lots of dust build-up on the blinds between bed/bathroom. glass windows could have been cleaner. lots of black dirt build-up on window ledge on the balcony. there was a sign out the front of the hotel advertising staff. Maybe the hotel is a little staff and looking for housekeepers. If I didn’t have a job, I would love to apply for a job here and get this hotel super clean as I’ve worked in housekeeping in 5 star resorts!

very up to date

rooms over the restaurant had a little noise come through when they were hanging pots but that didn’t last long and wasn’t very loud.

Excelent location, good wifi. Everything as expected, not more or less. When you spend all day traveling, doing something outside, you just need comfort bed and worm shower:) As windows were to a car park and seewiev, room was quite enough.

No complains. As we've stayed for 1 night it fine.

Room was small. Only place to sit was on bed. Unfortunately we had a problem with ants in room. They did spray but we still had them. One strange thing was replenishing of tea and sugar every day which was great but did not replace milk.

Great location central to everything. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Perfect location. King room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. Staff were absolutely lovely.

Room had strands of hair and old chocolate pieces on the floor on arrival.

Room too small No bedside table shower has some mould in the grouting

great room size for just one person, with balcony. modern and amazing views over the ocean and a stones throw away from the lagoon.
