Very nice hotel and in a good location close to many great restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helped us store our bicycles safely

Excellently located, a corner away from the central Piazza dei Signori and within reach of all main sites. At the same time, within 15 min walk from the trainstation. The hotel room was elegantly decorated with antique-looking furniture. Friendly staff. Not over-indulgent, but a good basic breakfast.
Our room overlooked a narrow street of the hotel's entrance, and was noisy at times during the night (even though I had specifically asked for a quiet room in my booking).

Breakfast was lovely, the location was fantastic, the staff (and guests) were really kind and caring. The room had a ceiling fan. The hotel was right off the main square and right in the old town. It was a perfect location.

The location is optimal. a little street in the pedestrian area. surrounded by the ancient centre, squares and buildings.

Cost, location and cleanliness are my top considerations. Room and bathroom were spacious. Hotel has a lift. Breakfast was good with variety on offer. There is a roof-top terrace but it was not in use when I was there. pity.
advertisement indicated ‘city views’ but I only had views of the neighboring building.

Amazing location, very clean room, comfortable bathroom.
After the booking we have been relocated to the hotel Palazzo Scamozzi because the Antico Hotel was actually closed, this was no problem for us. The room in the Palazzo Scamozzi was totally correct, but a bit anonymous, also the overall distribution of the hotel was bizarre (with a lot of hallways). Maybe the problem is that the pictures gave us higher expectations.

Fantastic location, right in the center of everything. Fantastic staff. Breakfast was wonderful. They have a rooftop bar, but we didn't get to utilize it because it was raining pretty hard when we stayed there.
We had two large twin beds pushed together and would have preferred one larger bed. If you want to watch TV, it is off to the side and not convenient. I expected the decor to be more. It was acceptable, just not beautiful.

The location is in the center.
The room had a strange smell, under the cupboard I don't think it has been swept with a broom in the last year and the bathroom leaves much to be desired from all points of view. The general impression is of a train station and not of a 4-star hotel.

Parking is quite complex and no guidance given beforehand, which made it a bit stressful, especially when arriving when the town is full of tourists!

The location was excellent- very close to centre of the tourist area. Bedroom was large and spacious. Receptionist very helpful when we needed to change flights and print out new boarding cards.
Noisy at night on the streets outside, think there was student accommodation nearby.
