Fantastic place and location. The pictures don't do it justice. You can rent a boat down at the beach.

Noting to complain about

What we loved the most was the amazing view from our balcony, the sound of sea and wind at night. A very romantic place for couples.

It was an unbelievably beautiful and magical experience, the house, the view, the care from the owner and attention to detail! We were even left snacks and water in the fridge, given a bottle of wine and chocolate and sweets. Everything was amazing, it was a dream!

It is right by the beach and that is the only good thing about the property. There was no room service (I was told they will come on Day 2 but no one came) and there is no transportation available apart form a taxi which you have to phone ahead of time and book.

Distance from the city centre (Adamas port is 20Euros in taxi), no restaurants nearby apart from one Tavern, no mini markets so better buy your water and breakfast items before you leave the port or you will need to make another 40Euros trip back to town just to get eggs. Also, dont let you taxi driver leave until you see the host or you can see clearly marked name of the hotel. My taxi driver was rude - first he tried to take more guests while he was trying to overcharge me (during COVID times you'd think they would be grateful for having tourists and guests but no) and then he dropped me off at the wrong location where I stood and waited for over 20 minutes. It was blazing hot and I had to phone the owner to say I was going to get Booking.com involved in order to get picked up! I dont understand how this is a 3 star facility when they dont even have a single frying pan in the kitchen where they know the guests will HAVE to make their own breakfast as there are literally no alternatives. Furthermore, the bathroom is tiny (which is fine) and there is no shower curtain or glass panel meaning by the time you finish showering you will have wet the whole floor and the toilet seat. They provided me with ONE floor mat and one bath towel meaning it is up to me to find a way to dry those for the next time. You'd think they will at least provide you with more towels!

As the owner had some issues with his bank had to pay in cash at the location. Was slightly extra work for me to withdraw cash from the machine at the port which is quite far from the apartment.
