the settings, the views, the space in the room, the hosts being sooooooo thoughtful and caring for our needs

The chalet is very beautiful, view is amazing, mainly at night, host is attensive, dinner (extra charge) was very tasty, we loved the jakuzzi

There were few problems which I did not expect in this price: 1. wi fi was not good in the first day, they fixed it in the second day. 2. Jakuzzi had brown water at first. It took time but it was fixed. 3. breakfast was regular 4. it took a lot of time and effort to light the fire and the room is big so it was not that warm in it 5. in booking the pictures did not match the room (belong to anothet room in the same place)

Javier the host was very friendly. The location of the property is drop dead gorgeous- very peaceful. Everything is well-appointed and with a rustic touch. We had a very nice stay and definitely recommend this place.

Only one room has chimney but is not necessary because the weather in this place is warm

Gorgeous views from the property of an entire valley and a comfortable bed with good/hot water as well as a nice Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.

This was an odd experience. The views from our room just had views of trees. The room is much more rustic than the pictures show as there were gaps where bugs could come in. We stayed two nights and on the second day when they came in to "clean" the room, they scooped up the dirty towels that we purposely left on the floor (because they were dirty) and put them on the toilet as if we should use them again and provided no new linens. The second night for dinner we saw the owner at 4pm and asked if it was ok if we had dinner at 6:30 and she agreed. We went in at 6:30 and she served us our wine and we never saw anyone again for an hour and a half. They walked by ONCE and dropped two uncut apples at our table as if to offer an "appetizer"?? Something seemed to be going on, but when we flagged down an owner and asked if everything was ok, he just said "Yes, fine" and walked on. Finally we were sick of waiting and asked to talk to them and they gave no explanation of why dinner was not coming and we had sat there for over an hour and a half. Finally we just told them we were leaving and to close out our tab and we went to bed hungry.

The chalet had floor to ceiling windows and the view was spectacular night and day. Spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower and good WiFi.

A few little extras would have been useful; hairdryer, somewhere to hang clothes etc.
