Bungalow was lovely and warm on arrival

Run down facilities, office hours open at reception limited. Did not put us in a cabin that had lake views even thou this was requested in advance and was available. Staff were not friendly.

Great surrounding and so much space and privacy. Such a tranquil property. Excellent facilities including pool/spa/lake etc and lovely animals around.

The beds were sooo uncomfortable. None of us slept well for 3 nights 😔 very old mattresses and bedding/ pillows. Very old fit out in unit which really needs upgrades. Shower very small and not great.

Location was good and central to the places we wanted to visit. The nature and bird life was amazing and we would definitely consider returning to this accommodation if we come back to the area in the future.

A workable washing machine- reported the issue to reception upon check out. I think leaving a manual or guide on how to use the machine in case people can't access the internet to search (like us we had poor service and no wifi access).
