What I value the most is that I get what I see or expect, and this is the perfect example, for me value for money in this flat, it’s a 10, perfect. Everything clean, new, as in the pictures. For everyone traveling to Peniche, take a look to the aérea in maps, and if you like the aérea, the house and Patricia’s attention, are perfect.

Ive liked everything in the house specially the barbeque in the balcony and the quiet place in the balcony as well but it could still have some improvements as the house is big it could have 2 living room areas with tv as it only have 1 television also the quiet place could be extended to both balconies in that way the house would be perfect. It was awesome anyway.

The shower tap of the kitchen as a good layout but its getting old and doesnt work properly making washing the dishes a bit messy

This is an absolute hidden gem. Absolutely wonderfully apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, modern, roomy with a Zen feel, so comfortable and a great place to chill. The owners make this place, their friendliness and customer service are top of the line. They really care about what they are doing. They gave a us a ride to the bus station as well. We didnt want to leave and if we are ever in Peniche again we will come and stay.
