Great breakfast every morning. Staff was very friendly! Loved the location being close to the Eagles Nest and Documentation Center. The restaurant next door is good too! Everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay!

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything met my expectations. Just make sure to stop at a store down in Berchtesgaden For some snacks and water if you want them as the lobby for the hotel closes at 6pm I believe.

Excellent place to stay in Berchestgarden. Enjoyed our stay there. Sufficient facilities. Very comfortable room and bed. Close to Eagle's Nest. Good base to visit the region.

Location is nice, if you don't mind driving a bit further, since hotel is quite far from the highway. Good breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

Wifi is hidden and is working really bad, it was impossible to use it.

Flat was really clean. everything organised in the flat how it should be. There was a separate bathroom from toilet which it was really great.

Ein etwas höherer Tisch am Balkon - wenn man z.B. etwas Essen und Trinken möchte.

It was not good.

Everything. The room was oddly set up, the accommodations where ok, but lacked pillows. We only had one flat pillow per person. There was dog hair covering the sofa so I was unable to sit on it as I am allergic. Staff leaves at 6pm so unfortunately there was not one onsite to help in the evening with the issues that I stated. The hotel was ok, but I would never recommend it or stay there again.

One of the best accommodation in Germany. Beautiful accommodation, delicious breakfast, quiet and peaceful surroundings, very friendly staff. Suitable for children. This hotel met all our expectations.

Very nice location, not far from the places of historic interest. We used it as a starting point for our hut tour around the Koenigssee which was also great. Good wireless, which is not often the case in this part of the Alps.

This is an absolutely beautiful, stunning place with the charm of the typical Bavarian Alps. The staff is extremely friendly and very accomodating. Rooms were like little apartments, totally clean and modern, with kitchen, beautiful bathroom, separate bedroom and living area. Views and selection of outdoor activities are phenomenal. Since we were a geology field trip[ of 12 people, our interest were in the of the Berchtesgaden vicinity. You are also close to historic Salzburg and other great locations. BTW, you are very close (2km) to the "Eagles Nest" location and museum, if you are a WWII history buff.

Not much we didn't like. It is a little off the beaten path. The drive up to the facility is a but lengthy but very pleasant on paved, alpine roads.

Unique view, quiet, nature was like a fresh vegetable bowl. Room was very spacious and nice. Bed was very comfortable.

The walls were thin, we woke up when the next rooms children did start sceaming and running at 6 am on both mornings. During time of departure the hotel receptionist was a little bit unpolite. We and the previous customer both got embarrasing treatment as our hotel bill was more than 300 euros and the receptionist tried to get payment by contactless payment and surprise the payment did not go through. The only feedback was that card is not working or there is not enough money on our account. I know I had that much money that I could have paid several weeks stay on this hotel. The treatment we got was very humiliating because this happened among of other hotel customers.

The views are amazing and the check in process was super easy. Also the room was very spacious and well appointed. Parking was readily available too.

The only thing I would recommend is if you want dinner within walking distance make sure you call ahead to one of the two restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. If not you will have to drive about 15 mins down into Berchtesgaden for food.

Beautiful location . Nice , large and clean rooms. Good email communication leading up to the stay.

The front desk and cleaning staff were not particularly friendly. Very expensive for what it was.

This accommodation has wonderful views, spacious rooms with a well equipped kitchens. We loved the in house breakfast selection and the restaurant next door. It is very peaceful.

The accommodation only provides curry capsules, tea bags, and mineral water on the first day. After that, guests are required to purchase them from the hotel. Additionally, the occupancy rate is not high, and booking in advance can actually be more expensive. Therefore, I would suggest to prospective travelers that they consider booking rooms here at a later time, as it would be more cost-effective.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but well apportioned and adequate. The location, for our trip was perfect. The family suite was amazing and perfectly set up. We have three kids and the double bunk bed with a double size bed on the bottom was fine for us. Had my two youngest been a few years older, we would have needed a roll away or one more bed.

pillows are too thin and just one per person, if you want to read in the bed, it’s not convenient. armchair was very comfortable, but only one in the room, second person doesn’t have any comfortable space. some of the rooms have view over road, but also over panorama. but we had a room over “mountain”, well that’s not the view, you just see trees and very limited view. though it was quite there.
