Very good resort hotel with complete room facilities, beautiful scenery and quiet surroundings, very suitable for leisure travel.

since our last stay a palm tree has grown very tall very close to the balcony it now obstructs the view some what. The lights in the pool need attention.

Tranquility Bay is within short walking distance of Ban Bao Pier where you can shop or take a boat ride or go scuba diving, everything was convenient. should you need to go further afield, The Local Song Theaw rides every hour and you can get a ride to one of the other areas, but with a private beach, an amazing pool and restaurants all around you, you will just enjoy the peace and tranquility

some soap and shampoo for the first night, maybe also a complimentary water and coffee sachet , clearer instructions on exactly how to get to the unit once you arrive at the resort. if you miss the gate on the side, you find yourself climbing a massive amount of stairs searching for the place.

communication with Booking.com and host is non existent. I tried to extend for a few days and this turned out to be impossible. Also the pricing is cynical as I stayed here in September and the price was reasonable but this time it was higher for no reason. Moreover, I am trying to book for 24 12 20 and guess what its 5 times higher because its Xmas. Hello, wake up - the place is empty, there is no high season no more sop why don't you reduce?

Tranquilty Bay is starting to look dilapidated and tired. The car park is unusable as all the ground has holes and there are weeds everywhere. This means people park on the grass verge at the main entrance. The developers clearly have no money to carry out repairs and repaint. It has the feel of ghost town as there are hardly any residents or guests so don't expect any bar or restaurant or gym as it does not exist. Even the long pier has no lights as the light bulbs have not been replaced! The place relies on tourists and a lack means no income which leads to dilapidation. This is no one's fault. It's a shame as many years ago it looked incredible but now it looks tired and in great need of work. A coat of outdoor paint and sorting out the dreadful overgrown car park would be a start.

Nice condo well appointed. Best shower I ever had in Thailand! View is amazing! The pool area is to die for. It’s not brand new but kept to a high standard. It’s a stones throw from Bang Boa pier which is at the far end of the island from where the ferry comes in. Would advise rental car. It’s quiet not for the party animals.

Parking area very rough needs work. Could use a small BBQ on the balcony to increase cooking area create grill and oven.
