Absolutamente nada

Desde que entras el personal poco amable, los aires no enfrían, el cuarto extremadamente sucio y con mal olor. En fin terminamos canceladolo y nos fuimos a margarita valley. Una maravilla.

The location was near everything. The property was kept clean. Staff was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the water in the bathroom was a yellowish color. Which staff said they had no control over.

We got the reservations we asked for easily. The desk clerk tried to accommodate us considering the storm.

There was no phone in the room. There was no direct number to the front desk. The rain came in through the closed porch door and flooded the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent -across from the ferry station The bellman was the only nice person (Devion)

Hotel -is old and run down, there is NO customer service, check in staff very rude, The rooms need a good cleaning-there was sand on the sheets and in the shower when we arrived. When I asked about this at the front desk they said I was lucky to get a room (check in time is at 4 but rooms where not ready until 5:30)

The property quality was very poor, with a malfunctioning TV, safety deposit box telephone, and ac unit. The absence of staff to fix safety deposit box was until late on the second day was an inconvenience when hotel signs specify they are not responsible for Los items/valuables during stay. Additionally, the faulty AC and unpleasant smell in the room made the stay uncomfortable. There was mildew in q a wall. Closet was missing one door. The overall state of the rooms seemed very tired and in need of improvement.
