It's quite a nice hotel, the room was extremely spacious and the staff was very friendly.

The room felt a little bit wet. I requested a heater and got a small one which wasn't strong enough to heat the whole room but was better than nothing. They only provide hot water at certain times which can be annoying, for me it wasn't a problem though.

Hotel location is good, following up with guest about check-in is nice as guest may getting late due to heavy traffic condition. Breakfast has good veg and only few non-veg items. Room service is good and staff is nice.

Room Prices is on higher end. Rooms at low floors does not give whole view. Some area are closed due to maintenance activities. Garbage spread near front gate of hotel ( Fault of civic bodies).

The wi-fi was poor and the hot water was, at times, not available.

I love our stay at Jai Hotels. The location, the staff, the room, and the complimentary breakfast were fabulous! There was not one thing that we didn't like there. We had a wonderful time. I will repeat my stay every time I visit Darjeeling from now on. They also have a taxi booking service, which is reliable, and cost-effective. My personal rating for this hotel is 10/10. I will recommend everyone to book this property without any hesitation.

Self contained comfortable property with adequate spaces . Good food and service . Walking distance from Mall Road .

The arrival area for the taxi is very small.

I stayed for two nights only. The room is spacious and clean. The reception staffs are very cordial and helpful. We had to check out early (around 7 am), the restaurant people provided us a take away breakfast packet which was really very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.

Few points: 1.The availability of hot water is not for 24 hours basis, you need to plan accordingly. 2. Though booking.com says availability of minibar in the room, however, there was no refrigerator in our alloted room. 3. As there is no airconditioner in the room, i expected at least there will be a ceiling fan, however, there was none. In winter, you will not feel any discomfort, however, in summer you might.

The ambiance is good. The room is spacious.
