The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The koi pond exceptional.

Breakfast has some room for improvement but every time we asked for an extra coffee, we did receive it.

Amazing restaurant, with a wine list as thick as a dictionary. Lots of character and quite eccentric in a good way (including some phenomenal coy carp pools, which our daughter loved). An unexpected gem. We spent a wonderful wedding anniversary evening here as part of a family holiday in Germany

It was quiet and tidy, beautiful view from the windows, clean bathroom and really comfortable beds, lots of food and drinks at the mini bar (which was refilled 3 times), comfortable parking, comfortable location right in the city center, unobtrusive, but polite staff. Also, the fact that we arrived one day before the booked time was not a problem, as we warned the staff and the room was prepared the day prior.
