Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut auf Kreuzfahrtschiffniveau
Unser Meerblickzimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel
Die Poollandschaft mit dem dazugehörigem Park sehenswert.
Auch bei den Buffets ging es vergleichsweise ruhig zu.

Sehr gute Lage am Meer mit Strand und Uferpromenade--super!
Es gab manchmal Schwierigkeiten zu den Mahlzeiten einen eingedeckten Tisch zu bekommen.
Wir hatten in dem Hotel, das Hauptsächlich Allincl. Gäste hatte, als Normalzahler gebucht. Das ist ein Problem. An den Bars gab es stets zwar sehr fleißiges aber sehr viel zu wenig Personal. Daher mußte man immer anstehen. 15 Min kein Problem!
Da ist natürlich vom Management kostentaktisch so gedacht. ich hätte mir eine Bar gewünscht, an der man als Normalzahler ein Getränk oder einen Snack hätte kaufen können. Dieses Problem führt zur Abwertung

breakfast choices were good. room had a lovely balcony with sea view. The pools were nicely uncrowded (in January)
The coffee was terrible. Some of the hot breakfast food needed to be kept hotter and refilled faster.

Great location, nice heated swimming pool. Room service every day. I had a special request and it was dealt with- I was very happy.
During meals, restaurant was rather full and some food options weren’t available- running out.

Horrible managment
We booked and paid for sea view but we been given pool view,
We booked double room but given 2 single beds next to each other, small room for couple with a child, horrible management,
We never try this place again.

Very well run hotel, facilities good. However we were only there for one night and didn’t use everything. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach.

towels looking a little tired with holes in… and staff couldn’t cope with volume around pool during the day with reference too drinks… I’ve stayed at the Elba many times over the 15-20 years and it never use to be like this… a few more staff on the bars would suit this problem… the staff working this area are fantastic but proper stretched… Paula is a proper asset to this hotel

Staff were helpful and polite. Room was great. Breakfast and dinner were great. Variety of food. Overall, a great place . I would definitely return back.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Food was typical buffet but good quality.
My husband was very annoyed at the inability to buy a drink at the bar as the card machine was not working, then no batteries, then told to open an account. He went to reception no machine working there. He wasn't allowed to pay cash. 2 hours to pay for expensive drinks and then the same next night. Sorry but not good enough.

Breakfast was buffet and the choice was unbelievable, we did not have lunch or dinner there as we like to eat out. the room was very good, our room had a great view. There were two very good pools.

Loved it first time I went but even better this time. All staff were friendly helpful and professional. As a single older travelling woman I have never been given an upgrade but was given a fabulous suite. If you haven't been make sure you do. Food facilities and cleanliness were brilliant too. Caleta del Fuste is the best part of a beautiful island.

Location is ok. Staff very efficient and friendly. Room very clean. Tea and coffee cooking facilities. Garden beautiful.
Hotel was far too big for our taste. Meals: quality of food rather bad. Too crowded at the buffet. Flies at the pool. Room was booked with sea view from the side. The wall on the balcony was so high, that you could only see the sea when standing. Toilet seat broken, furniture should be renewed (bed).

Swimming pool was lovely. Bed was really big and cozy. Nice and clean. Hair dryer in bathroom was really good.
The spa was full of sand at the bottom of it. The food was very salty and noticed that anything that wasnt used was put out for the next eating session snack bar was poor

The location is very close to Airport. The beach and small shopping mall are close by.
Pretty clean rooms and hotel.
The same food every day for breakfast. You will get tired of it very quickly. We didn't buy lunch and dinners and were able to have it somewhere outside and with better variety.
Our towel got stolen. People are booking the spots next to the pool very early so it quickly gets out of the loungers, haha.
Water in one of the pools was quite "used" or dirty after the foam party - no idea how often dot they refill the pool.

The reception staff were so helpful and very professional nothing was too much trouble. Swimming pools were lovely.
People getting up at 6am to put towels on sun loungers. None for other people. Then not using them till lunch time .

Maid left our door open all day after cleaning.
Luckily nothing went missing, but that's not the point.
