The breakfast was not very good

The hotel is very well located. That's really all I can say that was positive about this hotel.

The staff behave like they're doing you a favor all the time. No service skills whatsoever. No "hello", "you're welcome", no smiles. We really felt like I was uninvited the whole time. The rooms and the facilities in general are in serious need of maintenance. Towels are ragged, minibar was all rusty, shower head almost fell on my head when I adjusted its position. Absolutely not up to expectations. You can definitely get something better for the same price. Although algae washing ashore is a natural event once a year (according to locals, at least), the hotel administration makes absolutely no effort to keep the beach in front of the hotel clean. Of course, the built up algae starts to smell and looks pretty bad.

The location and having the beach just one step from the room. The room was confortable, AC working perfectly, TV perfect, Internet ok, people very nice. It is next to the restaurant Francescas, which is one of the best in the island, so it is easy to go and grab nice sea food during the day.

Some broken things in the bathroom are just left like that without fixing. The food needs to be improved starting by the breakfast, which was very nice related to fruits but the other things were not that appealing.

Breakfast was OK. Getting food from the hotel was not a good option, took ages, cost a lot and was not that good. The management of the hotel is not strong. Price too high for what you get in terms of facilities and customer service. Would not recommend

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were great! The only thing is that the hotel is 15 minutes from the commercial strip. It is in a poor area, but it is very safe. The breakfast was delicious. You can ask from additional food besides the buffet. The hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is beautiful. The good thing is that most people are in hotels on the commercial side of the island; therefore, the beach was not over crowded.

The staff was very good. They were extremely nice and helpful. Especially when needing taxis, etc. They'd go asking around to see if Any neighbors were available so you wouldn't have to wait.

Facility is very outdated for what they charge. Poor water pressure, at times no water, poor rooms, lots of issues on or around the hotel. I was changed rooms twice due to electricity issues. Then last room cable was down for a whole night, not even local channels. Restaurant is okay, but better food nearby. Just a bad value overall. If it was priced cheaper I'd rate it higher. I think 5 is very generous to be honest.

The hotel location is amazing if what you are looking for is relaxation and having a good time at the beach. It is a beautiful place and the beach is amazing within a few steps from the room.
