This property has everything you could ever need for vacation. We rented many homes in Rotunda West and this place exceeded all of our past homes. Best host!! We will be staying here again and again!

This home exceede our expectations! We stayed here for a week with our granddaughter. Margreth was a great hostess. She answered all of our questions timely and made our check in and out a very smooth one. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beds were all comfortable, showers were great, the pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. And the sunset over the pool was beautiful every night. We have rented around 10 homes in Rotonda and this was the best experience so far. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Margreth!

Margreth, the owner, could not have been more helpful both as we were booking and during our stay.
The villa is sparklingly clean, it's the best equipped place we've ever stayed in, and is exceptionally maintained. There's also a comprehensive house manual so you never need to worry about anything during your stay.
We spent most of our time relaxing outside around the pool and spa enjoying the peace and quiet - which is why we chose the property. The house is on a canal and we loved watching the wildlife - lots of birds, turtles and quite a few alligators swimming past.
The garage is well stocked with lots of fun equipment -
we used the golf clubs to play a round at one of the Rotonda courses (The Palms). The people at the course are very friendly and helpful to visitors - it's a lovely way to spend a few hours and has some fun and challenging holes.
Overall, this is the best villa we've rented on Rotonda - and we would highly recommend it. We liked it so much we've already booked it again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful surroundings. Quiet and peaceful! The house is fully stocked with what we needed. The bed was comfortable. We loved being able to use the garage. So many places to eat and go to. We will be staying here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It is in a quiet, residential area and offers every amenity you could need, including all kitchen/cooking supplies, bicycles, a gas grill, beach equipment, etc. The pool is beautiful and warm. We had a very enjoyable time; highly recommend.

We stayed 7 nights. Margreth was an excellent host, we only had a couple questions, but she was super fast to respond. They have a nice informative binder that was the perfect handbook for any and every question. VERY peaceful neighborhood. Lots of extras provided in the kitchen for cooking which was great! House is beautiful & pool was amazing. Our only issue was the handbook stated we needed to keep AC set at 75 or it would freeze up & AC rarely made it to 75. Granted it was 100 degrees outside every day, however, we have our AC at home set between 68 to 70. So 75 was very uncomfortable and waking up with it 79/80 was not definitely not sleeping temps for us.
However, we brought a fan along & they had one available in the garage.
We would definitely stay again.

This house is immaculately clean. The pictures are totally accurate and the space is both gorgeous and expansive. Plenty of room for everyone staying there. I stayed for 8 weeks along with some family and friends and alternated work and vacation during my extended stay. There is a large desk in the den that fit all of my monitors and laptop comfortably. The back patio and pool area are excellent for relaxing in the evenings, and I loved the added hot tub on the end of the pool. The house is close to Stump Pass beach, Boca Grande, Blind Pass beach, and Manasota Key beach. There are lots of boating, parasailing, and fishing excursions available in Englewood nearby. The house is also within reasonable driving distance for a day trip to Tampa, Sarsota, Ft Myers or Naples. We also did a long day trip to Disney in Orlando. That is a bit of a drive, but doable. I was pleased with every aspect of our stay.

Gorgeous Private Retreat
We were enormously impressed with this property and enjoyed a delightful stay there. I don't think it's a new home, but it has been beautifully updated and is in immaculate condition. And the pool/spa was wonderful and in like-new condition. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt private. My highest praise? I'd consider buying the place if it were on sale.

Property was extremely clean, well appointed and everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Margreth has thought of it all! Pool and deck area were spacious and the perfect place to relax during the day and enjoy a meal while watching the sunset in the evening. Lovely house ❤️
This was a quaint spot out in a residential neighborhood. We loved the fact that we were in paradise away from people. We were only around people if we wanted to be. We rode bikes every day and laid by the pool! There were no tourist attractions which was a plus on our list but, the beaches were just a short drive away!
Beaches were not crowded and were clean.
The house was just as described and had everything you could need or want while on vacation. The house was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and bring the kids!!

Everything that was provided, supplied, and the information was very much available from house functions all the way down to local activities. Communication was unparalleled from the owner!! Quick responses with any questions that I had. I even showed up and there was who's that other I left so I didn't start from scratch in the kitchen. I actually purchased some stuff and left it to try to pay it forward to the next occupants. I will definitely be coming back to this property again! The pictures do not do this house justice! Simply amazing and felt like home. My family and I had a fantastic time. They literally thought of everything including bicycles to ride through the neighborhood, detailed instructions on how to use everything in the house including the amazing hot tub and pool. From first contact with the owner, until checkout, it could not be a better experience and since we are experienced vacation home renters this means a lot to us. Family winter escape

Doesn't get any better than this!
Over the past couple of years, we have rented 10 houses in various states for vacations with family. This house, by far, is the best equipped, most organized, cleanest and best laid out. Margreth is an excellent communicator and she had paid attention to every detail for such a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was warm and inviting even in the cooler weather that we had while there.

All the bells and whistles + more!
This beautiful ranch home has it all! Comfortable, clean, tropical, private, upscale furnishings and landscaping - we did not want to go home. So convenient to everything! The owners thought of everything; from the towels, bicycles, beach chairs, seasoning to cook and a wonderful instruction book that covers everything. The pool is refreshing and has a huge patio with plenty of lawn chairs. Can't wait to go back!

This custom built home is stunning inside and out. Beautiful outside landscaping, and very nicely decorated inside. Comfortable, open and well supplied with everything you need. Salt water pool and hot tub was a huge plus. The owner, Margreth, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, accommodating, and always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We definitely hope to be back to this house in future.

Loved this place!
We stayed here for the Christmas holiday 2017 and LOVED the house! Everything that was mentioned on the HomeAway website was there, in addition to other fun items we took advantage of, like beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The house is beautifully decorated and everything was up to date, clean and incredibly comfortable. We had a group of 6 adults and we never felt like we were in each other's way or didn't have enough space- it was a great size house. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and was located close to shopping and beaches. While we were there, I had one question for Margreth and she was quick to reply to me. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful vacation home!

We rented this home for the month of March 2017. It exceeded all of our expectations for a rental. Very clean, well maintained and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Beautiful Home
We loved this property! This home is spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. It seems like every need has been addressed. We had a couple issues during our 6 week stay, and they were addressed immediately by a super gentleman that lives close by. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and quiet. There is a great bike path that is close enough you can cycle to it. Several golf courses are located within the Rotonda community, with a lot of others close by. We were so happy, we have already booked for next year. I am confident that this home will not disappoint.

Beautiful Home
We truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa; it had absolutely everything we needed. The house was spacious, the beds had quality linen with extras in every room, the kitchen was fully supplied with plenty of dishes and small appliances, the furniture was comfortable, and everything was clean. We loved the pool and really enjoyed the fact that it had salt water! The lanai had plenty of seating space with comfortable lawn chairs to relax on. The beaches are close but with a pool like that, we didn't really feel like leaving the house much! Boca Grande is only 20 minutes away and since it is one of our favorite beaches in Florida, we made an exception and left the pool a couple of times. We hope to come back again. A lovely place to stay
Stayed at this villa for 8 weeks and had a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable time here. The house is immaculately clean, well equipped and very well maintained - a well cared for home. The outside lanai area was large and provided a variety of places to relax and the heated pool and Jacuzzi were great. The owner was in contact when necessary and very easy to deal with but not intrusive in any way. Would I rebook the villa - yes definitely. Would I recommend it to others - absolutely.

Great villa in great position
Our third time in Rotonda West and by far the best property we have stayed in. Villa, double garage and lanai area were spotless.
Very comfortable beds....good nights' sleep had by all! Great facilities inside and outside. Particularly loved the great quality towels - all brilliantly divided into pool, lounger and beach - what a fabulous touch.
Margreth was easy to get hold of, especially when we first arrived, as we had need to get in touch with her and she came straight back to us with a vital piece of information, so we could actually get into the villa!
Loved the canal outside, which provided plenty of wildlife spotting opportunities - we saw an alligator, plenty of bird life, turtles etc. The spa is fantastic, with the best, biggest bubbles. Perfect. The saltwater pool is also fabulous.
I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return soon. Thank you Margreth and family.

A lovely,, relaxing stay.
We stayed for a week with two children aged 9 & 11 hoping for a relaxing week on the Gulf Coast after a fortnight of 'madness' in Orlando. This property is more like a family home, full of lovely personal touches. It is fantastically maintained, private and well located - close to some great beaches. The immediate area is quiet and a car is a must. I have no hesitation in recommending people to stay here. As for the owners, from the initial inquiry through to leaving the property, they were easily contactable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our stay here rounded off a fantastic family holiday for us.

Great Home, Great Location - in fact just great
This is a great home and is well located close to beaches and shops. Owner is very easy to deal with and helpful and the home is well stocked with everything you would need including beach towels which was a pleasant plus point. Of particular note is the swimming pool and hot tub which were superb and at the advertised temperatures which is often not the case and we would return to this property if for just that reason alone if nothing else.
So in conclusion.... stay here - it will exceed your expectations as it did ours and we have been renting in Florida for many years.

Fabulous property located in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. We were not overlooked by neighbours. The facilities were excellent with the oversized lanai, pool and spa very well received. The property was immaculately clean and tidy, Even the garage, bikes and garbage bins were spotless! In some ways it's a minor point but when I rent properties, I am often frustrated by the lack of basic cleaning materials and items such as toilet paper. This property was well stocked.
The owners proved very helpful and provided a rapid response to any queries I had.
The property is highly recommended and perhaps the only surprise is that the owners allow strangers to share it. They should be very proud of the standards they have set.

Amazing place to relax!
The owners have thought just about everything! You barely need to bring anything with you, everything is prepared like you would wish in your own home. After opening the garage upon arrival, we see plenty of bikes to ride around the neighborhood, anything you may need for a beach is ready for you (cooler, tents, umbrellas). The pool deck, with Spa (Jacuzzi) is purely outstanding, enough chaise lounges, chair to chill on, grill, outside music, we just had a great time with our two boys. They would jump in the pool first thing after they wake up! Owners thought of every detail when setting up this house. They truly care about the guest enjoying their home. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back! :-)
