Good food with takeaways available for lunch. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

One small bar of soap is supplied in the shower. Some more of that and shampoo would be excellent.

Checking out in the morning and going to muffin break to pay for my own breakfast.

AS it was advertised as a resort I expected more than just a messy and noisy cafeteria, there was no kettle in the room, wifi didn't work. Even though the instructions said you didn't need a password it kept asking for one. 1 thin, poor quality towel, flat pillows. Overall all very poor for over $300 for one night. For people who are not familiar with mining camps advertise if for what it is.

Air conditioner did not work. With Port Hedland being as hot and humid as it is at this time of year, this is not acceptable, especially considering the price.

The establishment is advertised as a "resort" it is a mining camp. The room an Hallways smelled like old an dirty socks, an the room was nothing as was perceived to be in the booking add. All in all for what it was, the room was a massive let down an the booking ridiculously over priced. We did not complain on check put, as the girl at the front desk was lovely, an being a hospitality worker myself-knowing there is a staff shortage-we did not want to make a scene or her job any harder.

It is a place predominately for workers and is set up like a mining camp, with a mess hall etc. The room was clean and tidy; not large, but comfortable. Meals were very good.

The check in was a bit rushed and impersonal. Carrying a suitcase over the uneven ground was a bit of chore. (I think my wife packed for a month). Fortunately we were on the ground floor.

The accommodation was good unfortunately the bed was squeaky, and there are so many people staying there for work.

Just the volume of people staying at but this isn't my preferred type of accommodation. I like stand alone cabins etcetera

The rooms are comfortable and typical FIFO accommodation. The whole facility is perfect for a quick stop over when you do not want to go looking for food - it is all on hand and of a very good quality. Would stay again

Upon checkin I was made to feel like an alien asking about checkin and I'd rooms were available early and that I was happy to pay extra. So I went and sat in the common area and watched about 20 rooms being finished then went back an hour and half before checkin time. I asked the lady very nicely if there was any chance any rooms were ready, she didn't even look at anything and just told me again what time checkin was dismissing me very rudely. This is a very common practice from 2star to 5 star hotels I've stayed in. If it's not common for them that is fine but there's is no need to tall to people like that.
