Wi-Fi was free. Breakfast was great. General Manager and Vincenzo were great. Nice view from room. When hot, the A/C worked better than most! Short 5-8 minute walk along Mediterranean to downtown shopping/eating area. Beds were comfortable. Older building, but nicely remodeled and functional. Free parking.

The bathtub was narrow and high, so difficult to step up and over into. The hand showed was missing the wall holder so made it difficult to take shower. Refrigerator was nice to have, but was so small could only old a few cans. Parking spaces were very tight.

This has been a beautiful hotel. Faded Grandeur. I had a nice quiet room with a side view of the Med and a pretty church. Great location close to a regular bus to different locations and walk to Gare Garavan. Basic breakfast with great coffee and fruit and yogurt. Lovely Staff.

The hotel has a very Parisian style to it and is well located, with an amazing view of the port and 5 min away from Menton beaches, 15min walking distance from the old town. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and I felt at home from day 1. I would like to give a special thanks to the director of the hotel who personally took care of me while I had to go to the ER on my first night there and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Thank you again.

The best from our stay in El Paradiso was the view from our balcony, facing the mediterranean and the village of Menton. There is a laundry machine which you can use free of charge.

There are a number of critical points that need to be mentioned for future guests: - the fridge in the rooms is extremely small (fits two 33ml cans) and does not cool properly. - the breakfast time is very short (between 8 and 9.30), which made me turn on the alarm on holidays to make it on time. - the breakfast is limited to the minimal. The glasses for serving juice are extremely small (100ml), the plates for serving the bread hardly fit a slice of bread. It seems that they keep it small such that the guests will have less drinks/food. Although there are cereals (chocapic style), there are no bowls for serving them, so we had do eat them on coffee mugs, with a small coffee spoon. - the garden on the photos is facing the parking lot. - Walking to the historical part of Menton takes around 20 mins and buses don't run after 7pm (a taxi from the center cost us 20EUR).

Excellent location and food was amazing! Offered a packed lunch when going out for the day which was lovely. Staff very attentive. Would stay here again.
