I would say- everything what you would may find as bad inside, is compensated by view from the apartment terrace :) apartment is super comfy and clean. Was just amazing to have my own,, separate bathroom as a girl, living room along with kitchen is equipped with all staff you may need (including ironing which is not so popular )and great acoustic in there 🤌 additionally, we could enjoy spiaggia with our own umbrella and beach chairs available at the apartment. Communication with owner and check in instructions were great ! In real I can't find any negative point of this stay because even lack of coffee at the apartment was motivating to visit local great cafeterias :)

great location and excellent value for money

The location was the absolute best. Right on the seafront with great walking in both directions. And the Piazza was right around the corner. Patios were great. And even though I didn't get to meet Ivan in person, I lilked him alot. He was great to talk to.

There was no breakfast. Actually there wasn't anything in the kitchen. No coffeee/salt, teatowels or papertowels. I noticed some stains in the ceiling that should be addressed. And the linens were very cheap at best. Stayed in other B&B ands the linens were lovely Italian ones. Also for someone with back or knee problems, the 2 flights of stairs (esp with luggage) were hard. Also parking wasnt too bad, but in the summer it would be horrible.

Great location right across from the beach. Large balcony overlooking beach and the water. Owner was very helpful with Dinner suggestions. Many shops and restaurants within 5 minute walk

Extraordinary place! Very comfortable beds, beautiful terrace with the ocean view from all the wide glass - doors at the front side, clean apartment with all the equipment in - need. Wonderful host - very helpful about any kind of the problem, even made reservations for us🙃everything like restaurants, caffeteria, never - ending boardwalk, shops as grocery store you will find very close 🤓 What can I say more, the beaches in front of the apartment are breathe - taking, very clean sand as well as the water. All Marina di Ragusa is in my top 5 places! For sure I will be back there😉
