Sa Figuera Roja - Alcúdia
Preciosa casa de campo de 300 m2 con toques modernos entre Alcúdia y Pollença con fantásticas vistas a la Serra de Tramuntana y la Bahía de Pollença en la que va a sentirse como en casa. A tan sólo 5 minutos de Alcúdia y en una parcela de 7.400 m2 con un precioso jardín con césped, cáctus, árboles frutales, terreno y piscina de agua salada. La casa dispone de una terraza principal en la que podrá pasar las cálidas noches de verano, barbacoa, un amplio salón más sala de estar, 4 espaciosos dormitorios dobles, un altillo con sofá-cama doble, 2 baños completos (uno en suite), 1 aseo con ducha, cocina completamente equipada, coladuría, TV 3D de 47' con TV por Satélite, WIFI, aire acondicionado con bomba de frío y calor, dos pozos de agua potable, mesa de ping pong y un futbolín. La propiedad se reformó en su totalidad en 2013 y la última reforma ha sido en 2014.
Es un lugar ideal para famílias con niños que buscan un remanso de paz durante sus vacaciones, así como grupos de amigos que quieran descubrir la zona de Alcúdia y alrededores.
Los amantes del deporte van a gozar de las instalaciones, al ser un gran punto de partida para todas las rutas cicloturísticas, se puede ir a correr en medio de la naturaleza y los amantes del golf tienen el campo de golf de Pollença a tan sólo 5 minutos!!
El horario de entrada es a partir de las 16:00h y la salida será hasta las 10:00h. Existe un cargo de 0,25€/kW de electricidad consumido que debe abonarse a la salida, así como la ecotasa (tasa turística, dependiendo de la época del año).

Belle villa, tres propre, beaucoup de place, magnifique jardin avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers, environement calme, beau jardin, bien placé entre Alcudia et Pollenca.

A great stay in Alcudia
I stayed here with my family (5 adults, 2 kids) for 2 weeks in July. We were met by Domingo upon arrival who showed us around the finca and the grounds, which included a herb garden and lots of fruit trees (apple, pear, nectarine, lemon, lime and banana to name a few). The entrance has an electric gate and the property is fenced all around. There is easily enough parking for about 6 cars, but don't park to close to the basketball hoop that you can use along with the table football and the ping-pong table which is around the back. This is where you'll find the large marble table under the walnut tree, the BBQ, pizza oven and the pool (pool towels supplied). The kids spent nearly every waking hour in the pool which was lovely and warm and regularly cleaned by Domingo. Inside the finca were four good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 coffee machines and LOTS of paella pans! The lounge area was a large open plan room with another dining table, 2 sofas and stairs leading up to the loft area (another place the kids hung out in). There is air-con in every room which kept us cool throughout the 24-26°C nights. All in all we had a great stay here and would like to thank Domingo and his family for making us feel welcome.

Great Experience!
We had a great experience with our stay and the owners Guillermo and Domingo were really kind and always available in case we needed something. I would recommend this to everyone who would like to stay in Mallorca. Great House! Great Experience! We loved our Stay! :)

The villa was always kept well & looked after. You need a car to get to the beach but this is only a 10min drive to the beach and old town.
We will definitely be returning. Had a wonderful holiday. Great for family and friends 😃

What a fabulous place!
Superb property, pictures do NOT do this place justice at all, it’s huge! You are well looked after from the moment you arrive and Domingo is on hand for any minor issues you encounter.
Car is essential but property well placed in between Pollença and alcudia.
Highly recommend this place, thank you Guillermo and Domingo for a fabulous stay 😊

1 Week Family Holiday - 6 Adults, 1 baby.
We had an excellent stay here in Alcudia and the Villa was everything we expected and more. We were met by the owner when we arrived at 9:30pm to be shown around which was a nice touch. Communication with the owner was great throughout and the facilities were brilliant. Pool was nice and warm and the BBQ was one of the best we have used. Would have liked to have been shown the wood burning pizza oven to give that a try but maybe next time. We did have a shock at the end with the Electricity bill so be careful not to leave the AC on all the time when you are out. The rooms cool down very quickly when they are put on. Would 100% recommend and will one day like to return. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Villa.

a perfect spot
The finca was great and downright perfect for a group or family of 7-8. The kitchen as well as everything else was very well equipped and clean. Even though we didn't meet Guillermo in person, his father Domingo showed us around at our arrival and was always available for any questions. The finca had excellent wifi in every room, including the pool area. In the lovely garden we picked lemons fresh from the tree and all kinds of herbs are being grown there as well ready to be used in the kitchen. All in all a perfect location for an enjoyable stay in/on Majorca.

Die Navigation zum Haus klappt unter Eingabe des Fincanamens über Handy.
Dort trifft man alles vor. Großes Platzangebot, Tischtennis, gepflegte Poolanlage, Drehfußballtisch, 4 große Tische in und um das Haus, stille Ecken, Fernsehgerät, funktionale Küche, Garten mit Gewürzen und Baumfrüchten, großen Eingangsbereich mit Parkplatz - im Grunde alles, was man sich wünscht.
Die Anlage wird vom Vater des Besitzers liebenswürdig gepflegt.
Mietet man dieses Haus, müssen die Bewohner dreier Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen, schönen Bad auskommen. Das vierte Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genießen können.

Es fehlt an nichts
Sehr grosszügige und gepflegte Finca. Bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Eigentümer sind äusserst freundlich und Wünsche werden innert kürzester Frist erfüllt. Die zentrale und gut erschlossene Lage erlaubte uns tolle Ausflüge in alle Ecken der Insel. Unsere Ferien waren ein "voller Erfolg" ! Diese Jahreszeit auf Mallorca war für uns eine neue und schöne Entdeckung, welche wir ebenfalls gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great location and property
We had such a nice stay! Kids never wanted to leave with a basketball goal and ping pong and foosball onsite, but we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great house with very good hospitallity
We had a great stay in Guillermo's house. The house is great on a quit spot with a lot of equipment to enjoy your holiday. Guillermo arranged reservation for us on tenniscourts in the neigbourhood. Thanxs for all that and we will come back next year.

Nice and peaceful villa close to Pollenca
We stayed in the villa for one week in July for Finnish Juhannus (Midsummer) and coincidentally also for Fiesta de San Juan. Villa was very beautiful and peaceful, our kids enjoyed especially the pool and table soccer. There was plenty of space for two families and kitchen was huge and well equipped. Bonus points for range of paella pans running from normal to huge to one big enough to feed a village. There were two big tables outside, so we could move with the sun and eat both the breakfast and dinner with sunshine.
Location was good, Pollenca was within an easy reach and as highway was close, it was easy to travel around the island.
Would recommendate the villa for two families traveling together.

Fantastic
We are just back from a fantastic week at Sa Figuera Roja. What a beautiful villa in a great location just 5 minutes from Alcudia. The Owner was very helpful and his home grown chilli's, figs, tomatoes etc which we were told to help ourselves too was such a lovely addition. The villa was beautiful with so many places to sit and relax/eat at. There was also plenty to keep the children entertained, a basketball net, table tennis, table football and the lovely swimming pool. The property was beautifully kept and very clean and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.
The beach at Alcudia which was 5 minutes by car away was great for children and the old town part of Alcudia was beautiful. You do need a car but everything is so close you aren't in it for more than 5 minutes at a time.
We will definitely be recommending this villa to all our friends and family.

This villa is a great place to be. the description is pure reality. the father of the owner is very helpful in minor inconveniences. It also ensures daily a clean pool.

Fantastic Villa
A really lovely villa, couldn't believe it was better than the photos but it was. The owner looked after us really well and for five friends who visited Mallorca for the first time we want to go back already and to the same villa. Really do recommend it.

Wonderful
I went to this finca in Alcudia with my friends. We enjoyed our stay, it is a wonderful house. It is large, with a lot of places to eat, sit and relax. The house is situated near a road, but the noise was okay for us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything we needed was there. The owner's father is very friendly. We could call him any time for help. The eggs and lemons from his garden were fresh and tasted delicious! Alcudia and the environment are gorgeous. I would love to return to this area once, and will not hesitate to book this house again!

Still Perfect!!
We have just returned from our second stay at this property. Again it was absolute fabulous. Some additional features have been added e.g Wood Oven & built in BBQ since our last visit. This just adds value to an already exceptional property. We all had a fantastic time here (including children, my parents). The warm welcome extended by the Ridreuejo family adds a lovely personal touch to your holiday. We have already decided to return next year, with further family members.
We do not normally return to a holiday vllla/hotel, let alone recommend, the fact this will be our third visit with different family members says a lot about how high the quality of this property is.
The photos do not really justify how beautiful the villa is.
Cannot wait to return!!

Stunning hidden gem. Perfect for families.
My family (husband, his parents & our 2 children) holidayed in this property for 2 weeks. This was quite simply the best Villa we have stayed in Majorca (we've been to a few in Pollensa region). It is of an exceptionally high standard - modern yet retains traditional characteristics. It is a well looked after property, very clean and fully equipped. It is fully enclosed - which is a plus when you have young children. The owners visit the property daily and are only a phone call away if required. You do need a car but it is only a short drive from resorts and the views are breathtaking. We are returning 2014.
