Les serveur du bar mal sympathique

Este hotel está muy cerca de la entrada del parque y se puede ir andando, también ofrece buses gratuitos al parque. La calefacción está muy bien y se está cómodo en sus habitaciones. Camas cómodas. Personal muy agradable. Tiene piscina climatizada aunque hay que salir al exterior para acceder a ella

El precio es muy alto para las instalaciones que ofrece. Desayunos muy caros. Habitaciones algo viejas, papel higiénico del barato y toallas viejas. Calidad/precio malo.

La proximité avec les deux parcs, l'accessibilité aux différents services. La machine pour les boissons disponible à proximité

Nous avons logé dans les bâtiments annexes, un labyrinthe digne de celui d'Alice et très mal balisé beaucoup d' énergie perdue à s'y retrouver. L'ensemble est vraiment vieillot il faut aimer. Quant au petit déjeuner à 24€ alors qu'il est offert entre 7 et 10€ dans les restaurants du village.... Propre mais je n'y retournerai pas.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the Disney park.

We did the check in and went into a very basic room (think an Ibis for 3 times the price) that had a couple of opened water bottles and a toilet paper roll that was dirty. I’ve included pictures of both as it was shocking… that’s how we found a 600€ per night room!

The rooms was very large. It was such an easy walk to the station and Disney park. The breakfast at Golden Forest was exceptional. The team at the dedicated desk was very helpful with information during check out

The hotel should have an online form for checking in. It took us more than 20 mins to get that done, including waiting for an earlier family to finish checking in.

rude staff, dirty rooms, no one is helping

the room was clean the dinner was very good the location was very good some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but some not.

there was a confusion concerning the tables during one of the dinners the waiters had given our table to others as well after we were given the table and they asked us to move I refused to move and kindly asked to relocate the ones that came afterwards, which was the logical thing to do then i went to the toilet and the other customer was not informed and came to the table, he found my grandson 9y old and he assumed that he can tell the child to go away. this was unacceptable and equivalent to child abuse. I asked the waiter to show me who was this person but she didn't. I decided not the extend the argument for the child's sake. I think that the some of the staff needs more training. Additionally I asked how I can go to the Eifel Tower and I was told that the simple way is to take a taxi. I found out alone that I could take the subway and go to the CDG etoile at very low cost and quickly. Another thing was that the house keeping entered the room without knocking at the door first and found my son bathing. When he finished he informed them that the room is empty for cleaning but they refused to do so. Then he complained at the Reception for this and the room was cleaned.

Close to Disney. Everything under one roof - shop, mailbox, bar, restaurant, plenty of seating

The staff were friendly and it was close to Disney Land. Breakfast was good in the hotel.

The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. My sleep was very interrupted.

On site Disney hotel. Fantastic swimming pool. Beds were super comfortable and spacious enough room for a family of 4. Golden forest lounge was fantastic. Good breakfast. would recommend for a visit to Disney.

Air con was poor. only worked on our third night due to a fault. when it worked it was good but noisy.

Heated swimming pool was brilliant and I really enjoyed the food at the hunters grill. Loved the bambi theme

Some of the staff (not all) were rude and unhelpful. Room was tired and some broken bits in bathroom. Cleaning needs abit more attention

The location is amazing and the Woodland/Forest theme is really well done. The rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four.

it could do with a way out of the hotel at the rear for walking to the parks with buggies. there is an accessible elevator that is really small and hard to fit a double pushchair on and as it’s a family hotel there are numerous people waiting to use this one singular elevator. A walkway/ramp at the rear of the hotel would help this massively.

Rooms very basic for Disney hotel could do with more of a family approach, more for kids to do kids corner was very bad little part of hotel not much or room for kids. For the value of hotel definitely would not pay for again as it was expensive and food also

Not much in hotel for kids, kids corner very bad you’d fit about 4 kids in nothing in it. Food also very good expensive for value of hotel wasn’t much in it for kids.

The environment, the friendliness of the staff, and the bedroom had lots of space.

Could consider remodel some of the infrastructure, some parts look "old"-ish. But did not impact at all the wonderful experience

Location is fantastic Loved everything about the hotel. Theming is of bambi so woodland which is amazing but may not be to everyone's taste as decor is dark.

Excellent service and clean room.

Staff was friendly. Location is great, very easy to get to the parks and downtown Disney. Food was really good at Hunters Grill.

Rooms are on the smaller side. The tv in the room was the smallest I've seen in years and it didn't even work. The room itself could use a refresh.

Walking distance to parks, train station. 4 free (small) hot beverages per person daily from vending machine. Lobby is nice. Gift shop on site. Comfortable enough beds. Large bathroom area. Free bus to parks, train station.

Rooms are small. Only ONE outlet to plug in electronics, at front of room by TV. Thin walls, can hear neighbors, hallway noise. Bathroom smelled of stale urine. Must pass all bags/luggage/purse/shopping bags etc through x-ray machine every time you enter hotel, and they are slow about it. Dated decor. Not much selection on TV. Felt like cheap motel in the room, although lobby and grounds are nice.
