The breakfast lady was so friendly and kind. The gentleman at the front desk was great too.

The beds are too small, not a true queen. And they are very uncomfortable.

The room was and clean and quite. The breakfast was also great.

Free breakfast was pretty good accept the eggs which were from a container and not to my liking.

The pillows were half the size of a normal pillow and not very comfortable. The beds were doubles not queen size. The beds were hard. The air conditioner was working but the fan was out of alignment or had a bad bushing and extremely loud.

My checkout time was 11 A.M. I went out for some work at 9 30 A.M and my keys were still with me. I came back at 10:15 A.M and realized that housekeeping had already cleaned the room. I had an official call to make and still needed to use my room until my checkout time. I advised the staff about it and she said she has already cleaned the room and I shouldnt be using it. It was still 45 minutes to my checkout time, I had my keys with me, I didnt checkout and the staff was rudely holding me accountable for it. My only suggestion is not to clean the rooms prior to checkout time or until the guest has checked out

There is no sign and there is no info for breakfast time, which is until 9:30 during week, that's very confusing for customers coming in the weekend when is until 10. Btw, everywhere in the world is at least 10 am. And by closing a door in your face while you are just wake up... that's not at all what you would expect as a Canadian hospitality standard! I would invite you anywhere in Europe to be treated much, much better!! No empathy, just rude employees, ready to call police instead of solving this kind of issues And cleaning standards... come on, you're far away...

I was there on 14th feb 2023 an issue with my spouse we finally did settle due to nisunderstsnding weent back to the hotel got one of the staff very rude her name is keria un professional was charge 127cad for not staying in the room my lawyer said told would formally file a conplain for not refund of payment after Keria front desk lady told me to leave i did have all recording which was given to the lawyer

They would have allow ny wife to still stay with me or refund my 127cad
