Convenient location, free parking, looks nice on the outside and the lobby is nice. Room is spacious enough and has a coffee maker, mini fridge.

The hotel looks nice on the outside, but is rather dated inside, the bathroom wasn't clean, with hair left on the floor, the bathtub is older, with mold in the grout. There is a gym, but the equipment doesn't really work: the treadmills turn on but none of the programs seem to work. They have a peloton bike that will show you the speed, distance and calorie consumption, but that's about it. There is a tiny indoor pool. One plus is there is a mega gym facility just a few steps away with an Olympic size pool, saunas, volleyball court and tons of machines, so you could go to work out over there ;)

The location was great and quiet! Staff were very friendly! My daughters loved the pool! Very clean! Would absolutely recommend!

The room itself was large and very nice.

This chain is charging unbelievably high pet fees but refusing to answer inquiries about the amount in advance. They’ve done it another time after this visit. $75 for one night! And when I showed them my inquiry and their response, which specifically confirmed a total payable with no extra fees for the let, they took it off my Visa with me telling them verbally and in writing that I did not agree to it. Staff treated the matter in a completely unprofessional way, both agreeing that I was correct, but saying they had “no authority. Even the manager. And now I can see them trying to do the same thing on a subsequent booking. I’ve never had a worse experience at s hotel and we’ve been travelling across Canada 🇨🇦 and back for 7 weeks!
