Front desk staff were excellent, room good size, beds comfortable with nice bedding. Unfortunately the room was simply too warm ..it was 80 degrees when we got there. We turned off the heat and opened door to the hall to cool off the room. Front desk brought us 2 fans which helped a bit but it was too hot to sleep comfortably. Our room was inside so couldn't open a window. We liked the location, and the hot breakfast just not the room temperature.

temp control in room was broken. we were not offered another room and only received 40$ off our bill for a 3 night stay.

Very disappointed!

The rooms and whole hotel are very outdated. The first room we had was extremely hot and the thermostat that was right out of the 80s did not change anything. Went to front desk at 11 pm and told the guy working that we couldn’t sleep the room was too hot and asked if we could get another room. He told us he didn’t have any available because he didn’t have housekeeping in that day due to rememberance day holiday but gave us a couple of fans. The fans did not help much as it was that hot in the room. In the morning after getting a crappy sleep and going for the crappy breakfast I went to talk to the front desk again to see if they could move us today or we would be leaving to find another hotel the lady working the desk was magically able to move us immediately. The second room we got was a much more comfortable temperature but there was also a cricket a spider and a few Halloween bugs in the room. Also very difficult to get a hot shower the water temperature would swing wildly. We did not use the pool as we didn’t have kids with us but the pool area was very outdated dark and dingy.

it was on a Sunday and the hotel at this time of year was empty. Bed was good, breakfast was traditional and was looking forward to it.

it was all good except the breakfast which could have been better. the eggs were cold and it was a good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. service was slow with only one waitress on.

Nothing at all, dirt hot tub, rooms are dated, very little lighting, the power went out, they have no safety lighting, cold showers with no hot water, it snowed and there was people stuck in the parking lot, they didn't even shovel the snow in front of the door. Would not recommend this for anyone. Staff at the restraunt, were lazy, we had to basically serve our self, dirty eating area, dishes every where...there was nothing good about this place, I explained our frustrations and was still charged full price....never again

Convenient location

Room - bathroom in particular was in nees of cosmetic repairs - ceiling was peeling "Free" breakfast until 11 am was NOT free after 830

Location was good, room was clean.

Room did not have enough towels. only had two when four of us were staying therefore, had to request more. The towels at the pool were not restocked and there were none to use. complementary breakfast was disappointing. Just eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage. No cereals, toast or fruit.

All was ok food n room good

No water pressure regulator in system flush toilet if other in shower gets burned

Loved the pool and hot tub area. Plus the hot breakfast cooked fresh was excellent. Staff were friendly too. Bed was so comfortable too.
