We had breakfast in the connected restaurant called Farina. It was very good and amazing price. Staff were very busy but very pleasant. We usually stay at a motel that breakfast is included

The cost of our accommodation quoted by booking.com was not the total which is what we normally experience when we book. Whenever I check into my motel I know the exact cost based on my booking. However I was quoted 319.98 for the Best Western and had to pay 376.04. It was for 2 nights. My family used booking.com and stayed for 3 nights and did not pay much more than we did. She did not experience the surprise price difference. I like to know the full cost when I book for my budgeting purposes. I will monitor this and explore other booking agents if needed,

Myself & 4 children .The original booking was messed up. I booked two adjoining rooms . There was only one room available. They were able to get a second room downstairs on a different floor. However upon entering the room there of an intense odor of dog urine and NO HEAT. I let front desk know , they said they can't do anything about it as it's a pet friendly area. We don't have pets. The neighbor left there dog in the room which it was barking loudly . We called front desk ,they'd call the dog owner. The Dog continued all evening until 1am poor howled ALL evening by 1am could barely bark. Heartbreaking & cruel on both hotel & owners part. The kids didn't get much sleep sadly and made our Saturday rough. Saturday ,the hotel offers to move the kids room. After waiting as requested by hotel as they were "rushing " the room . We waited from 9am and left too get on with our day at 3pm .the room still was not ready at 3pm. The second room Did NOT HAVE HEAT. A second blanket was requested however we were told were only one blanket per bed. Our Key cards didn't work majority of the time. The rooms were a dirty & out dated, staff were disrespectful, Pool was dirty and shared with public (as in they give out memberships) . Sadly majority of my trip was spent at the hotel lobby. They also OVER CHARGED MY CARD UPON LEAVING. This Hotel was Overpriced , Dirty & have poor customer service. 1 ⭐ on their Best Day .

The downright poor customer service, no heat in the rooms , Lack of Hygiene in the rooms & the Support of Animal cruelty .
