I like the room I stayed in. Everything was very clean.

I had an unpleaseant interaction with the staff. When I got to the lobby, I had to pay a security deposit. When I tried paying with my credit card, I got an error message with both my Visa cards. I called my bank (Caisse Desjardins) to see what the issue was and they told me they had a worldwide bug with their visa cards at the moment. I tried explaining the situation to the person in charge at the lobby and she was very rude. She wasn't helpful at all. She just told me that unless I paid the deposit I couldn't enter the room and I had to leave. Her collegue even made a comment about the fact that someone just paid with a Visa, insinuating that I was lying.Thankfully, after a few hours the issue was resolved and I was able to go back to the hotel and access my room.

I liked the location and layout of the hotel.

I didn’t like how apon arrival we were given a code for wifi that didn’t work however the grind desk fixed this quickly. The bathroom shower was very much in need of a deep clean. The fridge in the room barely got cold.

Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows.

Unless you're able to check-in relatively early, there won't be space on early morning shuttles to the airport.
