Great location! Perfect for a 1 night stay.

We asked for an extra cot; we got a crib. When I asked about the cot, I was told, "Oh, in Australia we call a crib a cot." Go figure.

I liked everything about the room , hot tub , pool , friendly staff.

It was very noisy in the evening, because there was a loud music from nearby bar restaurant.

The staff at Adara is the best! So helpful and easy to deal with and the location to the mountain was also great

Everything is really expensive and crowded

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and mini-fridge. I gas fireplace was an added touch.

We were surprised to find that the room did not have a couch. The room was so big and a small couch would have been nice to have. Also, our room faced the village and was over a bar/restaurant. Drunk partiers were heard until at least 3:30 am. If you want peace and quiet, it would be best to get a room not facing the village.

unbearable noisy environment. When we got really tired and want to rest, there is lound music from nearby pubs, which close at 1am. What’s worse, we can hear people laughing and running through the walkway at 11:30pm when you’re super tired and want to rest. And you can consistently hear someone moving their chairs and tables. What truly disappointed us is we left message to ask for a quiet room. It turned out waste of my time and we got assigned to 219 which I believe is one of the most noisy rooms at ADARA, as it close to elevator and facing the lousy pub. There’s literally hearing protection in your bed site. If you’re a light sleeper, get away from Adara. Horrible experience for those want to rest!! It cause my headaches and insomnia.

Straight forward to find, nice and centrally located and close to a good assortment of bars and restaurants. The staff on arrival were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. All in all a lovely experience.

Can't really think of anything that impacted my enjoyment.

Everything is way better than what I have expected it would be. The room is very clean and the location is near to everything in that small town. They even have a ps3 with some classic game, which I do really enjoy

Location is excellent. Loft rooms are very big, balcony had beautiful views and very private. Comfortable beds, and the price is always great. Nice to have a pool and hot tub.

Our room’s hot water did not work and the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade to another bigger room

The mattress was big and comfy. Check in was easy. Staff were kind. Liked the eco-friendly power feature.

The whole room felt very closed in. The halls felt like walking into a storage unit. Minimal furnishings and in need of fixing up. Bathroom was visibly dirty. Long beard/body hair on the counter. Grime in the corners and on the tiles. Not a single hook to hang stuff in the bathroom?????? Where are you supposed to hang your bathing suit? (Not that we needed to because the pool and hot tub were both closed for maintenance which was a major disappointment.) Or wet towels? Lighting was not ideal either. Mattress pad thing (not a protector) didn't cover the whole mattress, and no fitted sheet (just a flat sheet) so we woke up on the bare mattress.. yuck. Noise from the bar below was a lot, even on a Wednesday night, but we figured that would be the case since they provide earplugs on the nightstand. We just needed a place to sleep for the evening, which is what we paid for, but I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for more/for a longer stay. The cookies in the lobby were good though!

Outrageous parking fees and not a crumb offered for morning snacks, not even an apple or biscuit. How cheap is that ? Its pretty bad at the second floor bar/eatery - $25 for a undercooked hamburger. Are you guys for real ?

it was super close and convenient to the village centre and the gondolas. The staff were excellent and the beds were amazing.

No cutlery or plates etc in the rooms. Sporadic cleaning. Not enough cookies for everyone in the hotel.
