Comfortable and spacious

The ceiling had obvious signs of water leaking from the floor above The air conditioning was so noisy that we had to turn it off and meanwhile , it was 32 degrees outside! The toilet was constantly clogging without having to much stuff in it; 3 times we had to unclog it with our bare hands. At some point, around 9:30 am an employee tried to enter in the room without knocking.

Didnt know there was a breakfast room.

Spacious room, no carpet, good pillows, comfortable

Did not have room service, unless requested. Room did not have towel, we asked for it. They asked us to go downstairs to get it, instead of bringing it upstairs. Bad conditioner. Coffee in reception was paid, and in the room we had instant coffee - not ideal.

Clean rooms

I have booked a room for 4 people and they have provided only 2 towels in room. When I requested 2 more towels, a lady at reception said we don't have towels, all towels are in laundry. I saw a housekeeping lady had towel with her when I was checking out my room.

Good location. Old Quebec City is just within distance by driving (around 20 minutes of driving) and Montmorency Falls about 15 minutes of driving. Tim Hortons is just next to the hotel (within 3 minutes of walking). Bathroom inside the hotel room is good.

The floor of the room was a little bit unclean.

Solving problems pretty fast. 20 minutes' drive to Valcartier, quite convenient.

The sheets in one of the beds were not changed.

Parking spaces, good location

Vinyl flooring, no closet or safety box, our dated interior

Location to our destination was ideal.

Insufficient television channels, loose fitting bed sheets caused us to sleep on the bare mattress.
