Staff on check in very friendly and welcoming. The location was great with easy access to the lake front with walking paths. Short walk to shops and cafes. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The bed was fairly comfortable however it was on the side of being over-firm. We have a firm mattress at home, but this one was too firm and both of us woke up with stiff backs.

fact that for a 5 star resort they did not provide breakfast facilities and their dining area was closed the night we wanted to go for dinner

amazing location, great pools, kids loved the water slide. room was great. perfect for a family of 5 who doesn’t want to spend all their money at restaurants.

dirty floors in hallways. looks like animal messes or dropped food everywhere.

Price is more than we thoght. Location is great. We didn't have breakfast.

I liked the size of the room, the equipped kitchen and the spacious patio. I liked the friendliness of the staff.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t yet open and we didn’t get a heads up on that. I didn’t like the pillows, they gave us a sore neck. I wish the receptionist had a better knowledge of the bike trails especially about the KVR, so we could save the 8 km bike ride on the highway.
